Kewabara was born in Raines Hills and eventually started working for the local police force, after the zombies started to break in through the north Kewabara fled south eventually ending up in East Grayside where he met up with other survivors from the group known as the Special Tactics and Rescue Squad, it was here where he went through STARS Basic Training (which actually wasn't basic and was much more difficult that ordinary police training) after graduating he was promoted to the HK squad and eventually to Commander of HK.
