Notice: This User or Group enjoys the RPG aspect of MMORPGs, the category of games that Urban Dead falls into. As such, there is probably quite a bit of roleplaying and/or creative writing on this page and in said User/Group's in-game actions. In other words, if you think the difference between IC and OOC is "One has an 'I' and the other has two 'O's," buzz off.

  • Character Name: Dr. Ashar Alhazrad, alias Kintaros
  • Profile: Kintaros
  • Sex: Male
  • Former Occupation: Mid-level Necrotech researcher.
  • Eyes: Brown
  • Hair: Brown
  • Race: Jordanian
  • Build: Short and thin, Ashar is often overlooked by a casual observer.
  • Other: Ashar is a huge fan of the Japanese televsion show Kamen Rider Den-O. He finds that he particularly identifies with the character of Kintaros. This is the source of his alias. He also tends to shout Kintaros's catchphrase "My strength will make you cry" when he enters a room. This tends to evoke laughter from those who don't know him, but his friends recognize this as just a minor idiosyncrasy.

History

Ashar Alhazrad doesn't like to talk about his past. From what little he has let slip to his friends it seems that he came from an abusive household. As such, he tends to avoid speaking of his life before the age of seventeen, when he was legally emancipated from his parents. He claims that he recieved his doctorate at the young age of twenty-two, but he has no evidence to support this claim aside from his youthful appearance. In fact, Ashar has no proof of his credentials at all. If it weren't for his substantial skills in the lab there would be no reason to believe he is a doctor at all.

Ashar claims to have been a mid-level researcher with NecroTech. He was one of the many technicians working on the retrovirus known as Agent 50. It is believed by many of the more knowledgeable residents of Malton that it was a mutation of the Agent 50 virus that created the zombie plague. However, Ashar's experience with Agent 50 has led him with the firm belief that there is no possible mutation of the virus that could have resulted in the symptoms characteristic of the zombies. To his eye, the virus was clearly intentionally modified into its current form. Unfortunately for him, he's been spending too much time running and hiding from the hordes of the undead to be able to do any real research. Hopefully that will change soon.

Recently, Ashar has met up with an old friend, Alphonse Burr. Together they have formed the small independant lab Extractor Hacked. Perhaps they can manage to find the cure to the retrovirus. Or, and this is Ashar's hope, improve it so that the victims recieve all the benfits but none of mind-altering effects. Ashar keeps this hope silent for now, for to speak these thoughts aloud would be seen as madness.
