Let the cell phone be used as ammoless flare gun for distress calls. Only people with other cell phones may use this ability. That way we have something that actually calls for help, not for zombies.

Would prefer to use cell phones to send short message to another player. For instance, analogous to Speak, but you can only direct it to someone in your contact list. Question here is whether you get feedback as to whether they have a cell phone or not. - --Dogbarian 03:57, 23 Sep 2005 (BST)
