He was a scientist who came to Malton for work with the Nechotech Corporation, but after the quarantine Alexan Rath is a doctor with hands full. Supporting St Cyprian's Hospital in Gatcombeton, he gives a safe house for a lot os noobs who don't have Free Running to get to Calvert Mall. He start the work with the Sons of Brazil, but decided to stay in the hospital for help the great number of survivor who don't have a house and work with revives in the Luch Road.
