Purpose

This header and the derivated navigation page were constructed with the sole purpose of being used with personal user pages that I don't think that deserve their own tab. Pages like subpages of my sandbox that don't really need a navigation bar but my extremely obssesive nature forbids me of leave as is with a clear conscience.
