A young, Caucasian man in his early twenties, sporting short, red hair and green eyes. His tattered urban combat gear shows plenty of signs of his forced, drawn-out stay in Malton. He's the second-in-command of the NATO-led International Quarantine Assistance Force, sent to the city to aid in the containment and extermination of the walking dead.
