| Page Design Help The Page Design Help page is a page meant for users seeking help or opinions on the design of their pages. You may have seen a couple of awesome user or group pages, and thought, "Hey, that looks cool can I have something like that too?" Only to open the edit summary and be drowned by the amount of coding that went on. Sure, you can copy-paste everything and dupe it on your own page, but wouldn't it be much more rewarding to create your own original works? With some help of other users you can! Another situation, you may just finished designing your page(s) and you're in need of some opinions. Central questions here are:

When starting a new discussion on this page, please add it at the top with a title. Include relevant information such as the wanted or used color scheme, formats, templates and other coding. Please sign all comments using four tides (~~~~), or the  button.
An important note, this page is strictly intended for discussions about the design of a page, not about the content. Never judge actual content of pages. If you, for whatever reason, don't like the actual content of a page don't mention it. It's about how it looks, not what it says. That said, it's okay to mention poor spelling or grammar, as that is part of the image a page has on a person. Older discussions with no replies in the past month will periodically be moved into archives. |

(Test) Umbrella
I'd like a comparison between UC and User:MisterGame/Sandbox4. The latter is a recent work of me. It's not finished yet, but I'd like to know what you think of it in this stage. Specific differences are some of the images and the color scheme. The color scheme used in the sandbox version is a combination of a white background with maroon and something I like to call "fat black". A specific question regarding the use of italics, with or without? Section 1 has without, the rest has with italics. I took the design from my own userpage. --
