Alex "Nitro" Cline, A Canadian firefighter, who was staying in Roftwood. Originally here to watch the Malton Sticks Hockey Club, he was trapped in the city after the outbreak. One of the younger members of the force, he joined the MFD due to his previous experience as a firefighter in Canada.

He hopes that they can get a hockey league going in Malton again, despite the, erm, incident.
