a different spin on the tollyton barricade plan with a semblance of 2016-era sanity, behavioral changes noticed in-game and personal opinion
some noted observations: both PDs are always EHB, and they should generally be that way if mall isn't at least secure half the time, joachim's is the hospital that tends to be left without EHB even though it is by far the most assaulted by zoms as the closest one to woodroffe (peter general same spaces away but almost never touched due to lanes), the surrounding mall buildings is exactly how the barricades are in-game at present after i noted zoms relentlessly and pointlessly assaulting an un-ruinable junkyard i personally relabeled it as the entry point instead of the very much ruinable conolly row fire station
the existing plan which is thankfully only half-followed contains many VSB's along 1x1 thin free running lanes from other suburbs which i think is a filthy sin as the costs for paying 1 extra ap along a given lane and potentially losing 5 hp times lots of survivors adds up quite fast, this one tries to maintain the 5x EHB buildings directly next to the mall people can regenerate ap in before counter-assaulting efficiently while having one directly next door EP that is ruin-proof and supports free running lanes when the mall is ruined, and keeps a VSB hospital and (if applicable) PD while despite its particularly fortified nature still having extraneous, redundant buildings as entry points in various other locations around the suburb (tall buildings for binocular scouting >>>>> schools/libraries/fire stations by the way)
not entirely sure about sequeira + collis both being VSB but the lane is an odd one and dark buildings once knocked out can be out for a -while-, even so, having to ruin 2 VSB's even if the dark building is out is probably enough to justify the two entry points near lots of open space, which is where they tend to be needed, but who really knows if they're better off EHB or not
tavener i could take or leave as VSB or EHB, currently pearson is the VSB one since both hospitals are kept at EHB currently, on the one hand more EHB buildings within 2 AP of the mall is very productive towards holding it, on the other one less EP in a very active area of the suburb, if a slightly redundant one due to junkyard/warehouse EPs into joachim and boniface being its own

either the factory or wakley works for a SW EP though with the VSB PDs non-free runners could grab fuel/generators which is neat, though why anyone wouldn't have that by level 3-4 is beyond me, the whole 'newbs need like 75% of resource locations as VSB!' bit always struck me as intensely idiotic especially since it was written in an era where player activity was at least 10x higher
