I am a former member of the Independence army. After the war ended and the winning side took its spoils I came out here looking for purpose. I found my calling serving as a police officer. I barely had my foot in the door when Reavers invaded and started ravaging the city. The Alliance, in all their infinite wisdom, locked down the city leaving its inhabitants to die...or worse.
War's long over...we're all just folk now.
You know...your coat is sort of a brownish color.
