Jack L. Napier

A US Army veteran, Napier is a Team Leader of the independant paramilitary orginazation, Special Tactics And Rescue Service (also known as S.T.A.R.S.) attached to the International Joint Task Force dealing with the Malton Incident. Due to un-foreseen complications during their aerial insertion, his STARS team was scattered all across Malton, and he himself ended up in Dulston. He is currently searching for the lost members of his team, and a location to use as temporary safehouse.

-Physical description: 5'7" approx 190 lbs, Caucasion, Mid 20's, Male, Blond, Wearing a Black US Army Beret, Sunglasses, Blue T-shirt with STARS patch on left shoulder and US flag patch on right shoulder; woodland camo BDU pants, Corcoran jump boots, Duty belt w/ theigh holster and tactical vest
