Background: Having served as a Scout in the Black Watch, for 10 years, Sinka was flown in to the quarantined city centre. As part of the Military cleanup squads she scouted ahead of the patrols and was stationed in the city for the long haul. After her last mission assessing the situation in Malton, she found that she was the last survivor of her unit, with most of them too far gone to do anything about. Having lost contact with her superiors she decided to join the Malton Civil Defence Unit and do some good.
Appearance: Sinka Dee is a small, wiry woman, with short red hair and blue eyes. She appears to be around 30 in age, and favours a shotgun.
She wears a old uniform of some sort, with new clean badges for the Malton Civil Defense Unit on it.
