Born deep in the Eastern Frontier region, Azalea was raised as an orphan by the women ascetics of Saint Rābiʻa al-ʻAdawiyyah al-Qaysiyyah. She has short dark hair and skin and appears Eurasian, and is constantly fiddling with her tasbih (prayer beads), even in death.
