Czarina is a set of lyrics composed by Specialist290 to the tune of Lovely Rita, by the Beatles. The title of the song is a reference to Lachryma, leader and self-proclaimed Czarina of Ghetto Cow and a close acquaintance (via Urban Dead) of the author.

The song itself is a rather unusual depiction of an ill-fated romance. At the beginning of the song, the narrator makes the rather grandiose promise that should she be killed, he'll be there with a revivification syringe for her. The song then goes on to explain their fateful meeting and their first dinner together, which goes slightly awry when he becomes the main course for a couple of uninvited guests. At the end of the song, in an ironic twist of fate, it is he that needs a revive from her.

Lyrics

Czarina
(to the tune of "Lovely Rita," by the Beatles)

*intro*

(Oh Czarina, lovely girl,
Oh Czarina, lovely girl...)

Oh Czarina, lovely girl,
Nothing can come between us.
When you fall I'll have a revive for you...

Standing there barricading when I spied a dark-eyed lady
Patching up a bite wound on a NecroTech type.
In the dark she looked much older, and the bag across her shoulder
Made her look a little like a milit'ry man.

Oh Czarina, lovely girl, may I inquire discreetly,
Would you mind sharing this safehouse with me?

Czarina!

*piano solo*

Took her out and tried to win her--
Had a rat and scotch for dinner--
Told her I would really like to see her again.
Zed broke in; I got infected,
AP'ed out, and shouted "Feth it!"
Waited for a medic with a needle or two...

Oh Czarina, lovely girl, what would we do without you;
Get a syringe and I'll wait here for you,
Lovely Czarina;
Czarina lovely girl;
Oh, my Czarina lovely lovely girl...
