I think that both the Sacred Ground Policy and RESCUE have points and support both as they are applied.

I am not entirely against combat revives ( see Fertilize the Land Policy), but I can't see much good in blind revives. Scan before you inject!!

I am currently a cop in the NE corner hunting zeds for Experience. As mentioned, I am a member of the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps.
