Are users allowed to upload copyrighted images?

Yes. A user may upload a copyrighted image provided they have permission form the copyright holder to do so and fully explain that permission in the images description

What about Fair Use?

The Urban Dead server is located in the UK and thus subject to UK law which does not allow Fair Use or Satire (will need to fix wording)

Why? No one will notice

This has happened twice already

But I'm using the image for personal/educational use

No you are not, by uploading them to the wiki you are providing them as content to a commercial website, makeing it a commercial use
