v4por arrived in Malton on June 23, 2009. Like everyone, he has been trapped within the rotting city ever since. Aimlessly wandering for weeks, he soon found and traveled with a group of scientific types who called themselves Malpractice. Though the misaligned group of survivors soon parted ways, they looked to him for leadership for a short while.
After the decline of the medic group, v4por made his way to Lukinswood after hearing that The Emergency Broadcast System had been brought online after years of dormancy. He decided to stay and help look after The Coram Building, watching helplessly as more and more survivors made their way to the building, hoping for salvation.
After over two years of watching the flotsam of the city stumble through existence, v4por aligned himself with a group dedicated to eradicating decay wherever it found. He now travels with The Flowers of Decay, each passing moment of his life a service to the city of Malton.
The FOD does not participate or condone any of the following actions. If any group or individual, whether inside or outside of the FOD, is found to be participating in any of these crime they will be summarily branded flotsam and given no quarter.
