Adopted after a short discussion on Talk:User Hub (moved to Talk:User Hub/Rules.) Comment there, please.
Striking out inactive users
After one month of inactivity (based on their contributions) a user's name is stricken out.
To strike out a user, simply put an s after UHUB in the template (so {{UHUB|example}} becomes {{UHUBs|example}}.)
For example, if Linkthewindow is inactive, then the following will render.

When striking out a user, be sure to add a timestamp of the user's last edit in the com= section-simply add |Com=(Inactive, last edit: XX:XX, DD MM YY) to the end of their template. The exact timestamp can easily be found on the user's contributions page.
Inactive sysops are not the exception to this rule.
