Adopted after a short discussion on Talk:User Hub (moved to Talk:User Hub/Rules.) Comment there, please.

A change regarding newer users is under discussion on the talk page.

[edit] Striking out inactive users

After one month of inactivity (based on their contributions) a user's name is stricken out, and a warning left on their talk page. If no response is given, then they may be removed after a week. Alternatively, after two months of inactivity, a user may be removed immediately, with no warning required.

To strike out a user, simply put an s in front of UHUB in the template (so {{UHUB|example}} becomes {{UHUBs|example}}.)

For example, if Linkthewindow is inactive, then the following will render.

User Talk Page Contributions Abbreviation Comment
A Helpful Little Gnome Gnome's talk page Gnome's contributions Gnome AHLG (AKA)
Boxy Boxy's talk page Boxy's contributions n/a Sysop
Deathnut Deathnut's talk page Deathnut's contributions n/a The Stay Puft Man (AKA)
Hagnat Hagnat's talk page Hagnat's contributions n/a Sysop
Karek Karek's talk page Karek's contributions n/a Sysop
Kevan Kevan's talk page Kevan's contributions n/a n/a
Rosslessness Ross's talk page Ross's contributions Ross n/a
Linkthewindow Linkthewindow's talk page Linkthewindow's contributions n/a (Inactive:10:43, 5 December 2008 (UTC))

When striking out a user, be sure to add a timestamp of the user's last edit in the com= section-simply add |Com=(Inactive, last edit: XX:XX, DD MM YY) to the end of their template. The exact timestamp can easily be found on the user's contributions page.

Inactive sysops are not the exception to this rule.

Users who have been banned for more then two months are also removed immediately.
