Welcome to our Wiki
Hi Armpit Odor! As we can see, you made your first edits to this wiki not long ago. It's OK to be new, and we encourage new blood to join and enrich our community. At the same time, we understand that no one is a perfect wiki editor straight off the bat, and, just in case you get stuck, here're some useful tips to help you out. Please take the time to read them.

Further help for editing the wiki can be found on the Help page. |
| Project Mentor |
|
Project Mentor has been set up to allow new wiki users to have a more experienced wiki veteran mentor them for the first few weeks. Visit its page for more information! |
| Your User Page |
|
One of the great things about the wiki is that every user can have his or her own user page! These pages are located in the User: namespace — in other words, they all begin with "User:" (yours is User:Armpit Odor). The appropriate place to write about yourself or your characters is on your user page, or a subpage of that page (e.g., User:Armpit Odor/Your Character's Name). Please don't create pages about yourself outside the User: namespace. Those pages will be moved into subpages of your user page, and the original speedily deleted. If you want something to be deleted, use the speedy deletion page; that's why Criterion 7 was made. |
| User Talk Pages |
|
Every user has a talk page, found by clicking the "discussion" link at the top of his or her user page, or by going directly to it (yours would be User talk:Armpit Odor). If you have a question for someone, or want to say something to him or her, his or her user talk page is the place. However, many users on the wiki have established specific guidelines for how their user talk pages are to be treated — where new comments should go, how they should be written, what is or is not okay to talk about, etc. Be sure to look for guidelines on the talk page before you leave a comment. If you don't see any guidelines specified, the assumption is that you should place your comment at the bottom of the talk page, under a level 2 heading. This can be accomplished by clicking the "+" link next to the "edit" tab at the top of the talk page, or by manually typing in your message in this format: ==Message title==
Your message goes here When replying to a comment already laid on the page, remember to indent it correctly: do it by inserting as many colons plus one to the message you're replying to at the begining of your message, like this: ==Message title==
Your message :User's reply ::Your reply |
| The Suggestions Page |
|
We know that as a new user, you want to share your ideas with us. But a community as big as ours has already seen all kind of suggestions, and it's possible that we've already seen something very similar to the ideas you have. Follow these simple guidelines to make sure that your suggestion gets the respect that it deserves:

If there's anything not covered by this introduction, you still have plenty of avenues to find some extra help. Project Welcome and Project Mentor are perfect starting points, but if you have something more pressing at hand, don't be afraid to get in touch with the administration staff. |
Remember: These guidelines may look difficult to learn and follow, but they're mainly just common sense! Think about what you're going to say or do before you do it! If you don't make an effort to do so, then why would others have the obligation to be nice to you? Feel free to ask any Project Welcome member if you need help, that's our purpose anyways!
If you want to delete this text, just delete the {{Welcomenewbie}} line from your talk page. Remember that you can always have access to these tips on the Project Welcome/Welcomenewbie page.
Signatures
Please remember to add your signature in a way that it links back to your userpage or somewhere in your userspace at least. I've fixed it for now, but for future references, using ~~~~ does it all automatically for you. --Bob Boberton TF / DW 19:53, 11 July 2009 (BST)
- Please sign your edits on the wiki. You can do this either by typing ~~~~ (four tildes), or by pressing the
button in the editing toolbar. Signing your edits in the standard format makes it much easier to identify when and who has made changes, and creates less work for sysops and other wiki users. -- boxy talk • teh rulz 08:04 12 July 2009 (BST) 08:04, 12 July 2009 (BST)
Another friendly reminder to include timestamps in your signature. You apparently missed adding it in a vote for a suggestion, though I've now fixed it to make your vote valid. It may have been that you used ~~~ instead of ~~~~ (three tildes instead of four). --Bob Boberton TF / DW

Your Signature
I like it; it's very avant-garde. Lelouch vi Britannia is helping make Ridleybank green_ and gives Achievements 23:14, 30 August 2009 (BST)

You new signature is INCREDIBLE. I am stealing it the second you end up discarding it. --DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION-- 22:33, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- Hey man you should try setting up a custom signature. There are some easy to follow instructions here. That way you don't have to copy and paste a huge chunk of code onto the wiki every time you want to sign a post, and other users don't have to wade through all the text in the edit screen to make a comment after yours.--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 19:29, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- He has probably subst:ed his sig, rather than templated - which just puts the code on the page rather than a template. Downsides are that it won't change later when the sig is changed and that it can potentially create code clutter, but the strong upsides are less server strain and less risk of breaking pages by calling too many templates within one single page. -- Spiderzed█ 19:37, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, it was subst:ed. I changed it to a template to cut down on the clutter. Thanks. --AORDMOPRI ! T 22:54, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

You voted for me, so just letting you know that I've pulled out to back Mis. If you want to change your vote to somebody else, you probably should, because a vote for my campaign now essentially means nothing.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 19:20, 4 July 2010 (BST)

Angels Wing recruitment removal
My ad was not expired, and you have no right to remove it, that wasn't very nice, I'll forgive you this time, but next time I'll have to report.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Snoog4 (talk • contribs) 21:25, February 4, 2012.
- At that time, your ad was last time updated on November 25. AO had removed it on January 28, more than 2 months later. That was perfectly correct procedure, as of the second bullet at the top of on Cat:Rec: After two months as measured from the timestamp the entire advert may be removed for inactivity. It is the group’s responsibility to update the timestamp to prevent the advert being deleted. Updating the timestamp may and should be done at any time while the group is still recruiting. Just remember to update the time-stamp once per month or so. -- Spiderzed█ 11:49, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
