Not at all, it's been a while since I've been able to discuss any books, let alone ones that I'm passionate about. At first, the ending felt a bit rushed, but it grew on me, and started to make more sense the more I thought about it. The Tower represents atonement, I think, and Roland is still forced to relive his past until he's able to make up for all the things he did wrong, like dropping Jake the first time they met. When he was walking through the Tower and seeing all the events of his life unfold again in front of him, I think that was his Judgement. I don't think King is big on preaching via his work, but that seemed to say to me "Live your life right the first time, or be doomed to try it again until you get it right." --_Vic D'Amato__Dead vs Blue_ 02:48, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

The books go downhill after Wizard and Glass (Book IV), in my opinion. They're definitely worth reading since they are still great books (even though Stephen King took an enormous dump on the main characters), but the end of the series just didn't live up to the expectations the first four books built up in my mind. However, from what I've observed, people either love the ending or hate it, so maybe you'll be one of the first group. Well, to cut a long story short, the Benzuli Expansion is a pro-survivor group operating out of a neutral zone we control in Gibsonton, though largely trained in combat due to many of the characters being ex-PKers, or the alts of PKer players. It's been brought to my attention (by a friend, who plays as Dixie Darrington) that our group has once again had lies and misinformation spread about it by the Blue Aegis Group. This time to you. We have been repeatedly accused of zerging (by BAG and others, although BAG has mostly killed us without a word spoken to our faces) simply because of a couple absurd reasons.

1: My character and another friend's both have the same last name (Kitchener Leslie and Valentina Leslie, respectively). This is RPing and the explanation is clearly alluded to in her profile. 2: apparently this: "We have screenshots of the literally finishing each other's sentances.". Since when has cooperation and some simple metagaming via AIM constitute zerging?

I could give you the AIM SNs, Myspace pages, etc, of all three of our members if needed (and if they agreed), but that seems overkill and annoying for this kind of thing. We'd really like to be able to RP a little without being hunted for zerging for no reason.

In fact, all three of us have heavily suspected BAG as zergers for some time now, ironically. They have done far more suspicous things, such as their entire group simultaneously going innactive and staying innactive for a long period of time. Also for doing the same thing simply as bodies, staying down the same amounts of time, standing up the same days, etc. So I really think they should watch pointing fingers.
