Got it! Hope you don't mind all the edits. The basic problem is that the wiki automatically inserts a linefeed at the end of a page when it's edited....or something along those lines. Basically, when your signature was parsed into a page, it did this:

[[User:CaptainM|CaptainM]] <sup> [[User talk:CaptainM|T]]~[http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=457943 P]</sup>
 time stamp here

Hence the "noinclude" tag right after your signature. That prevents the timestamp from being shifted to the next line. The extra noinclude bit at the begining probably be removed. (forgive typos!)

Also note that using this signature inside a template will screw up the template. --Sirens^{T RR} 00:08, 9 June 2006 (BST)
