Test Assessment Report

This was a triumph.
I'm making a note here:
HUGE SUCCESS.
It's hard to overstate
my satisfaction.
NecroTech Industries
We do what we must
because we can.
For the good of all of us.
Except the ones who are dead.

But there's no sense crying
over every mistake
You just keep on trying
till you run out of cake.
And the Science gets done.
And the scanning is fun.
For the people who are
still alive.

:)

Cake.png OMFG! CAKE! W00T!
Cuio has reported over 150 NecroNet scans, and in doing so, proven their absolute dedication to NecroWatch. Cuio has been rewarded with cake that is delicious and moist.

Congratulations. A.L.I.C.E. has granted you authorization to officially display this template with honor. You have done us proud NecroTechnician. Good job. --Mobius 13:49, 5 August 2008 (BST)

Copycat

I was inspired by your NecroNet Scans page, so I made my own just like it. But not quite. Check it out on my user page. --Morgan Blair 06:02, 1 May 2008 (BST)

This may interest you...

Take a look, we're talking about a new type of medal ribbon, one that involves running a marathon race between NT facilities. As you are one of the more mobile members I would like to hear your thoughts on this. After all, you'll probably want to get in on the action. ;) --Mobius187 18:54, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

More Badges!?!

Yes. Your wildest dream has come true. More ribbon badges are now available at NecroWatch. There are now 3 new ribbons for you to earn: Combat Recon, Morrish Sentinel, and Raines Hills Tour of Duty. Please note that only scans reported after January 29th, 2008 count towards Combat Recon (so as to be fair to newcomers). Of course right now 2 ribbons could be earned in one scan, so be sure to visit the Battle of Pitneybank before it's all over. Which shouldn't be anytime soon, mind you. Also look forward to title trophies as the next update, for those NecroTechnicians who consider themselves "the best of the best". ;) --Mobius187 01:45, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

100 Scans

A quick FYI, you need 100 scans to get Rank 4 in NecroWatch. And no, I didn't just raise it... although come to think of it that sounds like a sweet idea... ;) --Mobius187 12:59, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks-- I was thinking the ranks went up every twenty-five.   --cuio (talk) (NW) 23:47, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
No prob. BTW, I tried to locate and sign for several NT buildings that you did not record on the NT Index. I may have missed some, but hopefully I got 90% of them as I went from A to Z (although I was originally looking for missing Ottari signatures, as he never signs the lists). --Mobius187 19:12, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

An error it is

I must have mixed up the buildings, I've never even been in Barrville, other than with my zombie/PKer. I'll see if I can remember which one it was, I'm pretty sure I uploaded the scan for it. --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 20:38, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

New Section

As you are one of the more active members, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the NecroWatch/Recon section. This let's you keep track of which NT facilities you've visited. Duke Garland suggested something along these lines as he wanted a record of all the buildings he's visited, not to mention which ones he has been the first person to post a scan for so it's signed in the order by which people posted a scan from that location. ;) --02:22, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

FYI

Don't forget that you can use this to record the ribbons acquired by your characters:

ForScience.gif Cuio's Ribbons
NecroTechnician - Rank 1

All you need to do is copy this template to each character's section and then place "X" for whatever badges they have. Refer to the names of the ribbon images or the first initials of the ribbon's name to figure out which are which (or check the template section in the "Members" wikipage).

Also, rank is actually the sum total of all your characters scans, so they'll share the same rank. Some might say it's cheating, as this means you can gain ranks faster by simply setting more alts to the task, but the whole goal of NecroWatch is collecting NecroNet scans, so if you want to pull alts off of their normal lives for that, then more power to them. Necrowatch is after all an oragnization, and wiki-based, so there certainly isn't a conflict of interest (well, unless you start using zombie characters... I suppose that would come off as strange or at cross purposes. ;)) --Mobius187 20:49, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

A Reminder

ALICE.png A.L.I.C.E. - NecroNet 2.0
Greetings Cuio. As of January 1st 2008 all NecroNet scans reported to NecroWatch by licensed NecroTechnicians, such as yourself, count towards ranks with the ultimate prize of earning delicious cake. You are reminded that standard non-intrusion policy requires that you update the "Total Scans" counter for your profile on the membership list whenever you report/post new scans. This prevents any mix-ups, or double counting, for the same scan by Caleb Usher. Thank you and remember, keep posting those scans for your chance to receive a delicious cake.

Project NecroWatch

ALICE.png A.L.I.C.E. - NecroNet 2.0
Greetings Cuio. I have observed your recent interest in Project NecroWatch. Do not be alarmed. I have analyzed your potential and determined that you would make a perfect test subj<<ERROR>> NecroTechnician. As an organization, NecroWatch requires absolutely no "group" affiliation or commitments, thus freeing you to act according to your own motives, desires, and goals. The only requirement from you as a NecroTechnician is the task of reporting NecroNet scans from facilities within your suburb(s). Even then you would have the choice of how often you complete this task or which facilities you would prefer to work with. If you are interested in joining all you need to do is confirm your membership by signing up here. Starting on January 1st 2008 all NecroNet scans reported to NecroWatch by licensed NecroTechnicians will count towards ranks with the ultimate prize of earning delicious cake.

Hi

Hey how's it going? I just saw you updated the news in Jensentown. I'm not highlighting any mistakes, just wanting to know if your character up in that area is capable of reviving me. It seems like you're one of the few living habitants of the NW suburbs in general, so I figured I would ask, you being the most recently active. I'm actually in Judgewood, at Bargery Square (17,15), waiting for a revive. I've asked several local (and city-wide) groups for revives but don't expect them to respond any time soon. Would you be able to help me? My profile is http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=965622 (so you can add me to contacts and revive me more easily). I'd really appreciate the help.--Nick 06:30, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

No worries. Thanks anyway, Cuio.--Nick 05:34, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
