[edit] Editing the Wiki
[edit] July 2006
[edit] User Page
You may wish to fiddle with the numbers for padding, and margin a bit. It's hard to tell exactly what effect there will be, a margin-left: .5em and padding: 0.1em would seem a safe bet to me. Sorry I can't get it any better than that. –Xoid S•T•FU! 10:34, 1 July 2006 (BST)
- Nah, that's fine. Thanks. --Cyberbob Sys U! 11:04, 1 July 2006 (BST)
[edit] Speedy Deletions
Hi. I have a question about the Speedy Deletion Requests. I have seen a number of pages put into the request list, but can't find the reason for their presence. Where can I find these? User:Rayvern
- Do you mean the reason for their presence on the Speedy Deletion queue, or their actual presence on the wiki? --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:07, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- Their presence on the Speedy Deletion queue.(Their actual existence seems pretty unharmful, not sure why they are being deleted) User:Rayvern 10:08, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- There is a list of Speedy Deletion Criteria at the top of the page. The pages fall under Criterion 1: "The page contains no more than a line or two of content that cannot clearly be expanded, or consists of random or incoherent content." Have a look at some other location pages, and you'll see what I mean. The style of content on those pages isn't in keeping with the way it should be done. --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:14, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- Aaah....now it all makes sense *8-). Sorry...had a bit of an page-interpretational problem - brain wasn't working right this early (it's before 4pm). I'll have a chat to the guy involved and get him to expand on the pages. Any chance I can get him a couple of days reprieve to update the pages properly? (if he doesn't I'll expand them to Stubs level at least). User:Rayvern 10:34, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- That's perfectly OK. As to the reprieve... OK. I'll give you until Monday. How's that sound? --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:32, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- Fine by me. Anything left as current should then be removed - can you warn me about any new stuff we put in that doesn't match the requirement? Many thanks for this. User:Rayvern 10:41, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- Will do. You're welcome. --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:38, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- On an aside note....feel free to remove this section if you feel it is cluttering up your page. I have all the information I need, and don't see an archival requirement for this. Up to you though. User:Rayvern 10:46, 6 July 2006 (BST)
[edit] Location Rewriting
Hi again. Just thought I'd let you know that I've made the first building page upgrade - Wadham Square Police Department. Can you let me know if it doesn't pass muster? User:Rayvern 11:48, 6 July 2006 (BST)
- Much better. That's great. --Cyberbob Sys U! 11:46, 6 July 2006 (BST)
[edit] Vandal ban
Hey, I just noticed that you never put the impersonation vandal ban for Bobhammero into Vandal Data. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 17:56, 7 July 2006 (BST)
- Didn't I? Silly me. I'll fix that up. Thanks for reminding me. --Cyberbob Sys U! 17:59, 7 July 2006 (BST)
[edit] Template FTW
Check it out: {{GoodOldDays}}. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 00:27, 9 July 2006 (BST)
- Hahahaha! That's awesome! --Cyberbob Sys U! 00:37, 9 July 2006 (BST)
- Thanks. :D I've been feeling nostalgic lately, what with Xoid seeming to have gone more or less inactive, Amazing been banned, the RRF leadership stepping down, increasing amounts of inter-moderator fighting, and all that. Feel free to add any "old-timey" images to the list if you want. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 00:46, 9 July 2006 (BST)
- Actually, on that note, you haven't seen Xoid lately, have you? –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 05:03, 9 July 2006 (BST)
- Nope. --Cyberbob Sys U! 14:35, 9 July 2006 (BST)
Why, Cyberbob, why does he have to keep hurting the wiki? I mean, we were all newbies at one point, but this guy is fucking unreal. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 03:10, 10 July 2006 (BST)
- I find myself asking the same question daily, Bob. I have a theory that Mattiator has somehow managed to clone himself. That's the only rational explanation I can come up with for this sea of retardedness. --Cyberbob Sys U! 03:13, 10 July 2006 (BST)
- Perhaps Mattiator has cloned himself... or perhaps scientists have found a way to breed pure retardation, and it's just learned how to use the Internet! Oh God, no. Either way, I find myself growing more and more ornery about it by the day. I might have to leave Project Welcome soon. :P –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 03:16, 10 July 2006 (BST)
- Hm. I need to check whether I'm still a member or not. I think I may have left abot a month ago, after the pressure of being nice to The Fifth Horseman nearly gave me an anuerysmJK. --Cyberbob Sys U! 03:20, 10 July 2006 (BST)
- OK. I wasn't a member. But there are some...amusing members of W!. Mattiator, for one. Some random called ZedKilla. A few others. --Cyberbob Sys U! 03:22, 10 July 2006 (BST)
- Actually, I've already decided that I'm leaving it tomorrow, or at least removing it from my sig. Assuming that Kevan/Vista are on time. So probably next month or so. ;) –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 03:46, 10 July 2006 (BST)

[edit] Image deletions
So, I know that I'm supposed to be able to delete images that are unused and more than a month old. Any special procedure, or just go ahead and delete 'em? –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 09:22, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Um...I don't think so. Make sure to make a comment in the reasoning behind the deletions, though.
Congrats on the promotion, by the way! I can't think of anyone else more deserving of it. --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:36, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Thank you. I really appreciate hearing that, especially since I've been a bit... edgy on here lately (I'm taking a nice break from the Suggestions page). –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 09:38, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Good idea. I must say, Matthew Fahrenheit's giving the the shits a little... see his comment below. --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:42, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Yeah, he does seem to be extremely eager to manage that page. Honestly, I'm glad. I needed someone to take over that job for me. It gets really tiresome after a while trying to keep the page under control. Feels like wrestling a bear or something (I imagine). Fifteen shitty suggestions, then suddenly a vandalism (or is it a newbie mistake? no time to guess, 'cause you've gotta try to fix all the damage while you're running into edit conflicts). Just way too stressful. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 09:46, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- I know. That's why I steer clear of modship duties on it, and leave most of it to Jedaz :-P --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:49, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Yeah, he does a great job, and never seems to start yelling at stupid newbies. Bloody amazing if you ask me. :P –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 09:55, 11 July 2006 (BST)
- Definitely. --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:58, 11 July 2006 (BST)

When have I ever done that? --Paradox244 16:45, 29 July 2006 (BST)
- I meant that if it were up to me he would be banned already. I didn't mean that I have the capability to do so. I'll try to be more clear in the future. --Paradox244 17:06, 29 July 2006 (BST)

[edit] A better way to strike
Just letting you know that I've created a new template, {{Strike}}, that should allow us to strike comments and other things in a superior way to how we normally strike things. Once the wiki is updated and we can use templates inside of other templates, this will be even handier (e.g., we can use it on the suggestions page). Here's an example of it in action: while right now we strike things, it's even better to strike them in style. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 21:01, 29 July 2006 (BST)

[edit] Just thought you might want to know
I thought that you might want to know that the archive and moderation services templates run into your side bar (I'm using Fire fox at 1024x768, but it looks fine in IE). I thought I might mention it in case you want to try and do something about it. - Jedaz 08:06, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- I'd say it's to do with your resolution - I don't know why IE has no problems with it, though. --Cyberbob Sys U! 08:41, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- Jedaz, could you send me a pair of screenshots, along with version information for Firefox and IE? Since I helped Cyberbob with fixing that part of his page up, I'm most intruiged with this particular discrepancy. –Xoid S•T•FU! 10:03, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- There you go, I've sent a screen shot of the page and the version details. Hope that helps. - Jedaz 10:17, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- IE as well please. I've got a sneaky suspicion that this is a case where Microsoft's failure to follow web standards actually results in something that looks better. Heh, that'd be the day. –Xoid S•T•FU! 10:24, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- There you go, sorry it took so long, I was a bit pre-occupied with a few things. - Jedaz 11:28, 15 August 2006 (BST)
- My suspicion was right. This is due to IE 6 not supporting the float rule under CSS. –Xoid S•T•FU! 11:30, 15 August 2006 (BST)
[edit] Fuckin Templates on the Suggestion Page
Am I off base, or am I right in thinking that the suggestion page is no place for those godawful "Suggestion has been removed" templates? It looks makes the page look like shit. --Mookiemookie 19:49, 17 August 2006 (BST)
- Agreed. I hate those too.. --Niilomaan GRR! 20:00, 17 August 2006 (BST)
- Ew. I just saw them for the first time. Do you know who made it? --Cyberbob Sys U! 07:19, 18 August 2006 (BST)
- Gold Blade. I thought it was funny. Once or twice. –Xoid S•T•FU! 08:33, 18 August 2006 (BST)
- Gold Blade, eh? I should've known that retard was behind this. (Can you go on MSN, Xoid?) --Cyberbob Sys U! 08:43, 18 August 2006 (BST)
[edit] Vandalism revert test
Thank you for "vandalising" the test page :D Anyway, you might be interested in the results: Moves are a bitch to revert (if you didn't know that already). Rollback won't work, since it doesn't considered moves, but individual pages (ie, it tries to rollback the redirect page, but since the mover is the only one whose edit is there it won't do anything). Only thing I managed to rollback was your actual edits (both of them), but the page remained at the moved location. And the page move revert only reverts the latest move. We seriously need some heavier weapons to revert this type of things. --Brizth M T 13:17, 18 August 2006 (BST)

- OK. You're kind of lucky you didn't continue; 13 or more, and you would've definitely recieved a warning. That should probably be codified, really. --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:27, 29 August 2006 (BST)
- Codified? What do you mean? --A1C JerryASS•PK•ASA•T 10:37, 29 August 2006 (BST)
- Made official, instead of left up to chance. –Xoid S•T•FU! 10:41, 29 August 2006 (BST)
- As in a recruitng ad? --A1C JerryASS•PK•ASA•T 10:43, 29 August 2006 (BST)
- That wasn't what I meant by official, I meant making the 13 posts an official rule of thumb. Anyway: what you're supposed to do is use the recruitment page for recruitment. Not go around placing messages everywhere. –Xoid S•T•FU! 10:59, 29 August 2006 (BST)

[edit] Question
Rather then clogging up Misconduct I was wondering if you could point me to where Gold Blade admitted to this 'vandalism'? I don't see in in the vandalism case so obviously I'm missing something. - Jedaz - 04:08/16/10/2008 10:50, 25 September 2006 (BST)
- It's here. I honestly don't think it was vandalism, but precedent (others getting warned/banned for calling Jjames Scinfaxi) forces my hand. --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:52, 25 September 2006 (BST)
- Who else got warned for that? I seriously must have missed it. There were a number of cases that Hagnat conveniently skipped over. Anyway if you noticed, Gold Blade doesn't actualy say that he called Jjames Scinfaxi, just that he used the two names at one stage. Well I can understand if you don't want to go against precedent, but do you really think it's fair for someone to be banned for a week just for that? Also if you are taking that stance I would like to point out that there are still a number of cases which need to be ruled upon. Well thats all I'm going to bother you about this topic any more. I'll leave it in your hands. - Jedaz - 04:08/16/10/2008 11:02, 25 September 2006 (BST)
- I'm agreeing with you, but I do think the line needs to be drawn somewhere. Sure, it isn't really vandalism, but it sure as hell isn't good faith. --Cyberbob Sys U! 11:09, 25 September 2006 (BST)
[edit] October 2006
[edit] IP blocking
Please, don't use range blocks when blocking proxies. For regular proxies it is of no use since in most cases they have one, static IP, and you potentially block legitimate users. For example, when you blocked those four /16 ranges, you blocked 262144 (or 4*2^16) IPs. --Brizth M T 09:55, 1 October 2006 (BST)

[edit] The Preview Button
Um... what do you mean "the preview button is your friend"... did I do something wrong? If so, where? Thanks for your time. --Leutinuet Benjamin 02:08, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
- I noticed you made a bunch of edits to that one guy's talk page. It's not that big of a deal - just that the server has to store each and every edit made to a page. It eases some of that load if you use the preview button. --Cyberbob Sys U! 08:21, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the warning, but dumb question: Should I have just removed the entire thing and redone it in my own words? The entry seemed valid, just messy and becoming a bit off topic, and I'm not sure if there IS a policy on sigs on timestamps on Suburb pages...whats the best way to deal with that in a NPOV area? --MorthBabid 19:22, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Non-author comment struck
Funny how when I'm the author of a suggestion and i'm trying to make an Re to an ignorant SAPM vote that you step in and remove it. You'll find I have undone your striking, as I was trying to fix the formatting. Please, if you're going to do things like that, at least make sure that YOU haven't also made a mistake --Panserbjørn 15:31, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- Har. I don't see any SAPM votes on that suggestion, so you're obviously mistaken. --Cyberbob Sys U! 15:32, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- OK, so I made a typo, three points to you. I had signed my comment, but I had also broken the formatting - which I was attempting to fix. --Panserbjørn 15:36, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- First time's the charm, bucko. --Cyberbob Sys U! 15:39, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Matthew Fahrenheit
Cyberbob, the point that I wanted to make in the Deletion's page is that I don't want to vote "delete" because though that template looks hideous, it's totally optative for authors to use it and it could still be improved. Maybe we don't like the current state, but personally I don't like a lot of stuff and that only is no reason for putting them up on Deletions. When Xoid made his commentary, I think I clearly stated that he confused a general statement with a particular one.
For your knowledge I mentioned the Tourette's Syndrome because I learnt in my childhood that people with that syndrom had involuntary swearing as a tic, but now that I read Wikipedia's article I see that that's just one of the many forms of this particular disorder, that involves 15% of the people with Tourette's Syndrome and it's called Coprolalia).
Finally, I don't know how much do you like or hate me: I laughed at my description based on "Flame Warriors" altough I think it miss my personality (and age) by a mile. I don't like to swear or degrade the other party when engaged on a discussion, so I don't like when you do that, and probably there's plenty that you don't like of me (i.e. my arrogant talk) but don't you think it won't hurt us if we try to keep criticism on civil levels as much as we can? I hope you agree and don't just seek a meaningless "victory" on the Internet. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRC | T | W! 06:27, 19 August 2006 (BST)
[edit] Stop clogging up this page with your inane bullshit?
I don't really think that you need to be quite so angry, Cyberbob. I see this community rushing to anger with little to no provocation, and casual antagonism just adds to this culture of rancor. I'm not asking for everyone to trade Hello Kitty stickers or anything, but it does seem counterproductive when a mod tells someone to "Shut Up". My understanding is that users can post opinions and questions in the M/VB forum. If there is a rule or a policy that I am violating, then please link to it and I'll comply. But in any case I'd like to sincerely ask that you temper your vitriol. This was not written to sound smarmy or condecending or sarcastic. Thank you. --Kiki Lottaboobs 05:35, 20 August 2006 (BST)
- I've been controlling my temper for longer than you might think. You were clogging up a public page with bullshit. Bullshit is reserved for private pages, like group or user talk pages. --Cyberbob Sys U! 05:44, 20 August 2006 (BST)
- Could you please post an example of something I said in that discussion that was not pertinant to the specific case? --Kiki Lottaboobs 12:41, 20 August 2006 (BST)
- No, it was all very pertinent. But the moderator had already ruled it not vandalism, so any further discussion should be held on someone's talk page. --Cyberbob Sys U! 22:20, 20 August 2006 (BST)
- That's what happened. Moderation was made at 23:06, August 19. My last comment in that "thread" was made 32 hours prior to the ruling. I commented twice, and then 32+ hours later a ruling was made. I added no further discussion in that case after the ruling. My activity was neither clogging, nor was it bullshit nor was anything I said posted after the ruling. --Kiki Lottaboobs 18:03, 21 August 2006 (BST)
- OK, I apologise. Not for the comment on M/VB, but for blaming you for it here. Boxy and Saromu were the ones spamming, not you. I do have one question, though; why comment here if you weren't the one spamming? Hm? --Cyberbob Sys U! 21:41, 21 August 2006 (BST)

Whats your problem? --Gold Blade Hunt! 17:27, 2 September 2006 (BST)
- What's yours? --Cyberbob Sys U! 17:38, 2 September 2006 (BST)
- My problem with MrA? My problem is that I and many others have given him good advice, and he ignores it. We tell him why the idea is bad, and he says we vote because we don't like him. He won't put anything up on the suggestions discussion because he says he gets flamed. Well, I have never seen one. He tried to make a policy designed to help just him. In short: he is purposefully trying to make us angry. I am getting really fed up with him. --Gold Blade Hunt! 17:44, 2 September 2006 (BST)

Why the hell did you wanker my user page? --SporeSore 16:08, 8 October 2006 (BST)
- Hm... I just don't know. It might have had something to do with reverting a proxy user's vandalism... but I'm just not sure. --Cyberbob Sys U! 16:18, 8 October 2006 (BST)
- It wasn't you Cyberbob, it was the edit you reverted. --Brizth M T 16:26, 8 October 2006 (BST)

[edit] Our Suggestions Page Edit War
Cyberbob, I spend quite a lot of time editing the suggestions pages. In doing so, I follow the rules of the page. I move spammed suggestions. I remove Duped suggestions. I sort suggestions into Previous Days, Peer Reviewed and so on. Within the rules provided on the page, I strike invalid votes if they have no signatures, or if they provide no reasoning for their vote. I also strike non-author Re comments and also multiple Re replies. I apply the same logic in all cases - that of the rules provided on the page. It's not personal, I'm just following the example of, well, Gage - who used to do all of that stuff before he was made into a mod.
Now, as you know, you and I have ventured into an edit tit-for-tat. I removed your vote because it had no reasoning. I don't see any reason why you should be immune from the rules everyone else has to abide by - the rules that are written clearly on the page and, presumably, were created and voted on as policy for that page by the community.
You, on the other hand, are incorrectly striking my Notes as non-author replies - which they are not. They are notes. There is a clear difference between the two, and it is explained in the rules section of the suggestions page.
I don't want some kind of mad edit war with you, or to enter into the drama of arbitration, but I don't understand why you're behaving as if the rules that apply to everyone else don't apply to you. Can you please respond? --Funt Solo 09:32, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, the section of the rules you're quoting were inserted without discussion by Jedaz, back when he was still a mod, and when he was on his attention-starvation-get-back-at-the-wiki plan thing. Sorry. --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:34, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- If that's the case, then why haven't they been deleted by a moderator? If the rules are not to be followed, then fine, but if that's the case, then they shouldn't apply to anyone, and they shouldn't be there. It's hardly fair for you to have a set of secret rules that you abide by, because of your knowledge of the history of the wiki, and for everyone else to think that the rules written down are actually valid. You can see why there's a problem? --Funt Solo 09:42, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- They're in the process of being deleted... it's complicated. There have been other changes made to the same sections since then, many of them beneficial and sanctioned by others. Give us a little time, OK? We just found out about the fucking changes, so you can come right down off that high horse, mister. --Cyberbob Sys U! 09:45, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- Look, I'm trying to meet you half way here, because I don't want a big disagreement. Please don't start verbally abusing me. I can swear just as much as anyone ("bugger, fuck, cunt" - see?) - and I'm not trying to take a superior position. Isn't it the case that the rules, as written, are followed on this wiki? That's what Xoid is always saying over in the policy section. My issue is that I'm following the rules as written, but you're not. The simplest solution would be for you to swallow your pride and provide a reason for your vote - even if it's just "as above". Then there wouldn't be any rule breach, or any disagreement. As to it being a complicated process - all you have to do is delete this line: "Votes that do not have reasoning behind them are invalid. You MUST justify your vote." It doesn't seem that complicated to me. Once that line's gone, I'm happy not to abide to the rule. --Funt Solo 09:59, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- We've tried to step away from the rules naziing somewhat, Funt. Following them blindly became irritating; people were striking out "invalid" votes all the time, for even the most minor of reasons and it was beginning to piss people off. There's a reason why illegal Res are often outright ignored: rocking the boat simply because you can is dickish behaviour. If someone is going to post the same reasoning every time (e.g., "it sucks arse", "inane", etc.) then why necessitate that they write it? Pressuring Cyberbob into writing "SSS" over "No" isn't going to reduce the number of spam votes and all you're doing is pissing people off. This is why established voters tend to get overlooked for that rule. –Xoid M•T•FU! 10:16, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, point taken, and thanks for explaining your position. I still think that rule should be removed, though. If it doesn't apply to one, it shouldn't apply to anyone - otherwise it's open to misinterpretation, confusion and bad feeling, as here. You see, from my POV, I thought I was doing the right thing by the contributers to that page - ensuring that they're provided with valid votes. I never set out to piss anyone off. Probably best if I take a back seat from the Suggestions page editing now, and let the moderators deal with it in their own way. Please make the rules clearer so that no future contributers fall into the trap I have. Regards. --Funt Solo 10:36, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- The real problem is "explain your vote" is so vague it's not funny. As long as you have an explanation, no matter how inane, you manage to fulfill that requirement. So it tends to be ignored in practice. It's another area that needs reform. –Xoid M•T•FU! 03:55, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
- Funt? Do me a favor and don't compare yourself to me.--Gage 04:02, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
- Gage? The last thing someone needs when they've made a bit of a tit of themselves is for a troll to come along and rub their nose in it. I think it's clear from the above exchange, where I say "okay, point taken", that I agree with Xoid that my blind enactment of the rules, as written, was pretty stupid. Really, your input at this juncture isn't helpful, or welcome, and given your glowing diplomatic record of exchanges, I feel quite justified in saying this - just fuck right off. --Funt Solo 09:58, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

Please don't move my policy out of voting - it has been discussed for 24 hours in the Policy Discussion section of the Suggestions page, both this month and last (check the archives), including the core concept of the suggestion. I will willingly enter Arbitration if you disagree, but don't start another edit war, please. --Funt Solo 17:01, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
- No. No, no, no. You can wait your 24 hours, like everyone else. --Cyberbob Sys U! 17:03, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

Still holding some kind of feud against me? I'll just sit here and watch how you mess up until you actually try to talk (or read, because while you mess up moving pages and berating me, other people more open to conversation solve the problem by talking, and thus you only have to read what they said). May this serve as a lesson that a careful decission may be better than a hasty one one certain situations. Read Gage's talk page, and try to understand that I don't have anything against particular persons (even you, no matter how much you piss me off), I just try to comprehend what are everyone's traits and capabilities. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRC☺T☺+1 07:55, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- Feud? Har. You give yourself far too much credit. Also - what decision are you talking about? --Cyberbob Sys U! 08:58, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- Already answered most of your drivel elsewhere, but there is some real gold here. Gage botched the page moves. You started the tension by coming off as one of the most pompous arseholes I know of, and since I'm including myself in that category that must've been pretty fucking bad. You pulled the lion's tail and one of the pride attacked you. Boo, fucking, hoo. –Xoid M•T•FU! 11:13, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Nice job on the templates, they should turn out to be quite useful. Keep up the good work. - Jedaz - 04:08/16/10/2008 15:24, 17 September 2006 (BST)
- Thanks. One thing about {{QuoteMulti}}: if you want italics with it, you're going to have to manually put them in, as template fields don't span multiple lines. --Cyberbob Sys U! 15:26, 17 September 2006 (BST)
- QuoteMulti got deleted as I made it completely redundant. Guess you might as well remove the links for it now. –Xoid S•T•FU! 16:14, 21 September 2006 (BST)

[edit] Apologies
Recently I was experimenting with the suburb danger settings, since I'm new to this wiki. In order to practice I made three suburbs safe, planning to revert them back to dangerous. However, I forgot to copy the new code to make them dangerous again, and pressing CTRL-V just posted the safe code again. I apologize for this mistake, I did not intend to vandalize anything, this was a complete mistake, I am sorry if this caused any trouble. Also, I am glad there are people like you in the wiki who respond quickly to possible vandals. Thanks and great work! --Abslch 01:53, 10 July 2006 (BST)

I found something interesting and I just wanted to share it to someone that holds (more or less) the same opinion than me: General reporting to his Commander in Chief. Is it just me, or is the wiki really quiet lately? I don't get it. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 09:35, 8 July 2006 (BST)
- Um...kind of. There is that Misconbitration case, and those Arbitration cases. But I know what you mean. I guess it's because the normal drama generators (Scinfaxi, Mpaturet etc.) just don't take an interest any more. --Cyberbob Sys U! 10:10, 8 July 2006 (BST)
- Maybe that's it. I dunno, it seems like within the past few days, very little has happened at all. I normally see you and Xoid doing stuff at least, but even you guys seem to have been fairly inactive, aside from some stuff over at M/M. –Bob Hammero Mod•B'crat•T•A 10:52, 8 July 2006 (BST)
