Increased level to moderate in light of the MOB's entrance into Foulkes.

Danger level changed due to most resource building being in the hands of zombies, and the recent number of zombies has steadily risen in past weeks. Maintain a high level of caution if in the area and keep the barricades high.

Danger level altered to Moderate without justification or explanation, reverted to Safe.
