'Tis easy... just go to Journal:Journal Title and start editing away!

For example, you might want Journal:Daniel Halamit or Journal:Anthony Reinolds.

I posted a reply on User_talk:Fuzzytek. You can use category tagging on the dates for your journal. They look like == date ==
