After a brief hiatus (by brief I mean over 9 months) Daz is back and looking for vengeance. Molebank is in ruins... again... but not for long if I can help it.

Search Odds

Two of my three characters worked on researching Search odds for lit NT buildings. I did 450 searches and my results were 77/450 Revivification syringes, 19/450 DNA extractors, 14/450 GPS units, and 350/450 nothing. In terms of search probabilities this translates into 17.1%±3.5% revivification syringes, 4.2%±1.9% DNA extractors, 3.1%±1.6% GPS units, and 77.8%±3.8% nothing.

This was a project for my AP statistics class, which is awesome, so it used really scientifical methods. I chose this because I thought the NT building search odds table looked inaccurate (I changed it now). I mean come on! The search probability for revivification syringes was allegedly lower in a lit NT than in an unlit one. It looks like I was right, the search probability for needles is a lot higher than the table says. --Dazaras 04:55, 18 May 2008 (BST)
