Shalom! Thanks for the kind welcome. We're glad to see other groups alive and well in the Holy Suburb of Heytown. I would like to propose dual ownership of the suburb. We need to keep Heytown in order, and prevent the rampant chaos of PKing and PK-hunting. We propose a 50/50 split of Heytown where we would each have absolute authority over our designated zones, and an overall group leadership of the suburb as a whole. We are sick and tired of the renegade groups that threaten order in the area. This is a serious proposition, and the grasping and maintaining of authority may prove to be a serious business.
