Posting a suggestion

You seem to be having some difficulties, do you need any help? Lelouch vi Britannia is helping make Ridleybank green_ and gives Achievements 19:56, 14 November 2009 (UTC)

Yes, there were difficulties. Mainly in trying to be a functional person before having enough caffeine. I botched the page creation thing while late for work. Fortunately, I see someone correctly deleted it before I could return and find the "speedy deletion" page. Nice job; you guys are on the ball. HellFreeze 08:26, 15 November 2009 (UTC)

guard the door (heavily) reworked

My talk page has my take on your suggestion. Take a look and let me know what you think..... Its still a work in progress and doesn't bear much relation to yours but i will probably put it up for discussion in a day or so and given you inspired it i thought you should get 1st go at feedback :) --Honestmistake 19:54, 16 November 2009 (UTC)

Your "protect v4" has one or two problems which I think need clearing up.

  • 1st. you will need to make it very clear exactly what the chances of protecting the target are. Personally I would go with explicitly stating that it is calculated exactly as the chance of zombies blocking barricade attempts but with "protectors" used instead of zombies. I think thats what you were getting at anyway but folk will complain if its not completely clear.
  • 2nd. the biggest problem as I see it is that your version will last until a zerg idles meaning it is a major griefing tool, I seriously doubt you will get any support unless it will only activate a number of times = to the AP cost of using it (tbh more than once is almost certainly too much!)

your sig

By the way, you do know that you signed my page with a link direct to editing your main page don't you? Good job I noticed before i typed though as i once got a slap on the wrist for editing a users main page :) --Honestmistake 09:55, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Gah! Thanks for pointing it out. That's the automatic signature, generated by the wiki when I clicked on the button. Since my user page had no content, it goes straight to editing mode! That's fixed now. Unfortunately, I've spent all my free time for today figuring out this sig issue instead of dealing with the Protect and Defend suggestions. Heh! --HellFreeze 18:40, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
