Revamp categories

I guess you didn't see my reply on ALiM talk.

So this is my idea. We have three categories: "Dirty Places", with the cock locations, sexual acts, sexuality, etc (those can be subcategories); "Insulting Places", with the insults; "Silly Names", for "Just Plain Bizarre"; "Play On Words", for punrony; "Random Names", for 'Interesting Locations', "Tasty Names", for food locations; and "Relevant Names" for 'Urban Dead relevant'.
