Greetings from the Yoyodyne Zombie Research Institute
April 18, 2008: I have repaired Lowther and got the barricades up a bit. Could use some help if you are in the area. Your friend --Dr Emilio Lizardo 13:47, 18 April 2008 (BST)
Ken old friend! How are you? Alex and I have been in Lowther for a few days and were hoping to see you. If you need help let us know -- or if you are off somewhere having fun, let us know so we can join you! Hah! --Dr Emilio Lizardo 12:45, 10 April 2008 (BST)
Back in Lowther and got it EHB! Also caded Muirhead to VSB. Hopefully some more survivors will make it to this section of town soon! --Dr Emilio Lizardo 12:17, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Ken, I made a run into the Lowther region this morning and was dismayed to find virtually everything still in complete ruins. I am currently at the Clatworthy Arms holed up with our allies the VZW. There is an operational NT nearby, the Blocksidge Building where I have managed to restock on syringes. If you can make your way down here, I can revive and we can regroup. --Dr Emilio Lizardo 10:18, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
Ken, I have been revived - I am restocking on needles as we speak -- will be able to revive you soon! Or you can make your way to Yeoman Park (58,55) for quick revive...I know it is a long way, but there is a mall and several lit NT facilities so you can restock. --Dr Emilio Lizardo 16:32, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Ken, I have been thinking about adding descriptions to the Wiki for the buildings and areas within the immediate area around the Lowther Building. Is this something you would be interested in joining in with? --Dr Emilio Lizardo 16:15, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
You are very right Ken. Infected ganglion count is equal to the XP of the subject at the time of extraction (typically accomplished by killing the subject zombie). The subject you have identified seems perfect. If you manage to take a sample, make sure to update the research log on the Yoyodyne site. Great work! Helps remind me that I have been remiss in data collection! --Dr Emilio Lizardo 18:29, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
Ken, I was happy to see your reply this morning. The Yoyodyne Institute is dedicated to finding a cure for Zombism. To acheive that end take DNA samples, conduct research on brain rot zombies, and make observations during revive sessions. If you have visited the Institute Wiki page, you have seen the areas where we document the ganglion count in Brain Rot subjects (this is the XP level of a rotter when they are killed), and in the revive center, we document survivors that we have brought back from the other side. Currently the institute is located in the Lowther Building, and a long range goal is to add description to the wiki for the buildings around the institute. If you would like to join Yoyodyne, you are welcome to add your profile to the Yoyodyne Stat Grid. --Dr Emilio Lizardo 13:31, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
Hello Mr St Arnauld, I am Dr Emilio Lizardo. I was very happy to see your contribution to the Lowther Building site and also read your profile. I think you would make a fine addition to the Yoyodyne Research staff or be a great help as an allied researcher. If you would like to join Yoyodyne, simply post on the Yoyodyne Wiki Page or speak to me directly at the Lowther Building. I will be happy to review our current research initiatives. Sincerely, --Dr Emilio Lizardo 13:51, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
Hi
Hi Ken StArnaud! As we can see, you made your first edits to this wiki not long ago. It's OK to be new, and we encourage new blood to join and enrich our community. At the same time, we understand that no one is a perfect wiki editor straight off the bat, and, just in case you get stuck, here're some useful tips to help you out. Please take the time to read them.

Further help for editing the wiki can be found on the Help page. |

Project Mentor has been set up to allow new wiki users to have a more experienced wiki veteran mentor them for the first few weeks. Visit its page for more information! |
| Your User Page |
|
One of the great things about the wiki is that every user can have his or her own user page! These pages are located in the User: namespace — in other words, they all begin with "User:" (yours is User:Ken StArnaud). The appropriate place to write about yourself or your characters is on your user page, or a subpage of that page (e.g., User:Ken StArnaud/Your Character's Name). Please don't create pages about yourself outside the User: namespace. Those pages will be moved into subpages of your user page, and the original speedily deleted. If you want something to be deleted, use the speedy deletion page; that's why Criterion 7 was made. |
| User Talk Pages |
|
Every user has a talk page, found by clicking the "discussion" link at the top of his or her user page, or by going directly to it (yours would be User talk:Ken StArnaud). If you have a question for someone, or want to say something to him or her, his or her user talk page is the place. However, many users on the wiki have established specific guidelines for how their user talk pages are to be treated — where new comments should go, how they should be written, what is or is not okay to talk about, etc. Be sure to look for guidelines on the talk page before you leave a comment. If you don't see any guidelines specified, the assumption is that you should place your comment at the bottom of the talk page, under a level 2 heading. This can be accomplished by clicking the "+" link next to the "edit" tab at the top of the talk page, or by manually typing in your message in this format: ==Message title==
Your message goes here When replying to a comment already laid on the page, remember to indent it correctly: do it by inserting as many colons plus one to the message you're replying to at the begining of your message, like this: ==Message title==
Your message :User's reply ::Your reply |

We know that as a new user, you want to share your ideas with us. But a community as big as ours has already seen all kind of suggestions, and it's possible that we've already seen something very similar to the ideas you have. If there's anything not covered by this introduction, you still have plenty of avenues to find some extra help. Project Welcome and Project Mentor are perfect starting points, but if you have something more pressing at hand, don't be afraid to get in touch with the administration staff. |
Remember: These guidelines may look difficult to learn and follow, but they're mainly just common sense! Think about what you're going to say or do before you do it! If you don't make an effort to do so, then why would others have the obligation to be nice to you? Feel free to ask any Project Welcome member if you need help, that's our purpose anyways!
If you want to delete this text, just delete the {{Welcomenewbie}} line from your talk page. Remember that you can always have access to these tips on the Project Welcome/Welcomenewbie page. --AXE HACK TALK χIII 16:30, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
