Phantom MPH

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that the Borland Museum in Jensentown is actually a Phantom MPM — six suburbs have both a functional Mobile Phone Mast and a secont building, which is labeled as a Mobile Phone Mast but has no effect on the network when lit. I've undone your edits to the Jensentown maps, since those maps are only supposed to reflect the real, functional MPMs. Let me know if you have any questions!
