Hi guys, please try to avoid using IM language (eg- 'u' instead of 'you') it annoys the crap out of me and is a general sign of Stupidity. Thanks. --Mianthadore 16:40, 8 July 2008 (BST)

Hello There

I'm a little new to this wiki stuff and I only came here to form my group...I was wondering if you would have any good knowlegde on how I can recruit people into my group?...I've tried tagging malls and spreading the word, but that hasn't helped much...Any info. would be greatly honored...

Hi, as I am also new to this wiki I don't know if my advice will be good (just a warning!). If you want good advice your best bet is a Member of Project Welcome. However, seeing that you came here, I will give what little advice I have.
-Have you added your group to a suburb group list? If your group operated in one suburb, or uses a Suburb as a HQ, you can add it to the list of groups in that suburb, (I am not sure what category the group would come under, as it looks like your group does all three) this is generally one of the best ways to advertise a group inside the Wiki.
-If you haven't already, get a TinyURL for your page (it takes about five seconds to get one) and post the link on the buildings you tag, people are far more likely to copy and paste a URL into a new tab then go through the wiki and search for it manually!
-Most players looking for a group steer away from smaller groups (Groups with less than 10 members). Therefore, it is a good idea to 'hide' your group numbers (Put 'classified' under the group section of the table).
-That is all that I can think of at the moment, again, seek advice from a Member of Project Welcome for more info on advertising your group in the Wiki.
Also, in the future PLEASE remember to SIGN your posts, it makes it a whole lot easier to tell who you are!

Sigh.

So, you killed Mike LeGrande? Congratulations. Pity, though... It was such an uninteresting death. "Shotguns. Silence. Ho-hum, off to the revive point I go." See? Mike's dying every day, in all kinds of ways. And something like this is just... sub-par. Sorry, but I can't even find the motivation to hunt you down in revenge. Alas. (Though your name will be out there. Just sayin'.) Still, thanks for paying enough attention to realise he was there. But if you wanted to note that you'd seen, and recognised, ol' Mike, your AP and ammo would have been better off if you'd just slapped me with a newspaper, or soaked me in fuel or something. Oh well. You can't win them all.

Cheers. --Visible One 04:11, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, sorry about that. I usually say something to make it a tad more interesting. In my defense, I was running low on AP (Mike LeGrande knows how to dodge a bullet, or ten) so I had to make the kill quick and efficient. Anyway, I will endeavor to make killing Mike a little more favorable next time. ;)--Mianthadore 08:05, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
Well, not my best work, but Here :P
Ohyeah. That's more like it! Thanks a bundle. Very entertaining! --Visible One 08:49, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
