Kevan never said that they couldn't be used. He said they shouldn't be used, which means it's his preference if they arn't used. Hey, maybe I should ask Kevan if it would be Misconduct since he has "to step in over every single little conflict?" Kevan said he doesn't want it, and the Generals respecting that. However Kevan didn't say that if someone did unban the account they it's misconduct, therefore not misconduct because it's not in the rules and not in bad faith either. No, you don't intend them to, however you never said that you specifically didn't want them to. The most you said was that it would be nice if they didn't. It's like trying to keep a child away from a new toy by saying "You shouldn't play with your new toy until you've had your vegetables". With enough persistence the child will change the parents mind. However if you say "You can't play with your new toy until you've had your vegetables" then the child will eat their vegtables (if you are lucky =P). You should be warned that I am currently considering legal actions against you for internet defamation and fraud. Specifically for libel, slander, impersonation, and hacking with malicious intent, as well as possible criminal prosecutions or regulatory prosecutions. If you feel like you can rule on the case, please do so. I didn't nominate you at first on the Arbitration case just because I know nothing on your reaction to my ruling to the previous arb case that you and hagnat had. "Not knowing" kinda scares me, so I better nominated guys that "I knew" had nothing against me.
