Hi, what you need to do to continue making your suggestion is:
Follow the link, and add the {{SugHead}} template to the page, and press preview. Then follow the instructions it will give you.
The link is they mean is the one you placed one the current suggestions page and it takes you here
Cut&paste or type {{SugHead}} on that still unused page, press the button next to the "Save Page" button marked "Show preview" and follow the instructions the page gives you.
