User talk:Winman1/Why zombies have an advantage

Umm..what?

The "nerfs" were created for a reason. I think that the game has finally reached a balance where Zombie characters are on equal par with survivors. The only reason survivors can't hold a siege or a neighborhood all comes down to organization and coordination; zombies have it survivors don't. Point me to one active survivor group these days that can commit to an operation and be successful. Please. I haven't seen one in a while. I think now that survivors have to work to play in this game they feel threatened: they no longer have the clear strategic advantage. Zombie groups, having been underdogs for so long, have developed superior strategies to compensate for the past discrepancy in zombie/survivor power. Survivors just don't have the edge in strategy anymore, nor do they have the confidence or leaders of yore. I play survivor and zombie characters simultaneously, the zombies are much more fun to play NOT because they have an unfair advantage but because presently survivors are in a sort of dark age without the same level of group cooperation that we had when groups like the DHPD and C4NT were at their peaks, (honestly, they're just shadows of themselves now). Until Survivors learn to be smart, zombies are going to do better. The suburb page will tell you that Zombies are controlling much more territory than they really ever did, aside from certain periods. I welcome it, it's more appropriate for the genre and it may spur some survivor creativity--though we may have to wait a while. Honestly, I think your ideas aren't really very well thought out and you should try and formulate your points more clearly; right now I can't point to anything valid, and your jumbled thought process makes it impossible to even begin to grasp what points your trying to make. Furthermore, this is not a guide. It isn't. It's an opinion piece. What does this guide people to do, whine? Yeah. Not a guide and not very good at all, I don't see how anyone could see it any differently.

If you have no desire to be completely torn apart and cry, then read no further please.

Zombies start with Vigour Mortis thats a +10% chance of hitting, a fireman can start out with axe proficency this is +15%, that right there is simple math 15 > 10. Perhaps you need to go look at 1st grade math again because it would be pretty obvious that 15 is a higher number then 10. Survivors don't need to find a VSB building, they can sleep in the streets :D. I can say they do not need free running, I have come across tons of PD's that are VSB to allow n00bs like yourself and MisterGame in. Clearly putting in your own crappy luck while trying to make a guide is not helping you at all. You do not know how to use the characters that you are creating to be effective.

Standing Survivors : 9803 (51%)

Standing Zombies : 9266 (49%)

^speaks for itself. Usually with the acception of when The Dead came through, survivors have ALWAYS had more people, in a simple game such as this were the numbers matter, the higher amount wins. According to this, there are 600 more survivors then zombies. Thats more survivors then there are in RRF, MoB and the current The Dead, The Dead Bunnies, and even Feral Undead combined. Maybe survivors should go about joining groups and making better use of themselves in teams.

Pkers...5%...your really selling yourself short, look around a little, check out the Rogues Gallery on Brainstock. I started counting, when i hit 50 something i stopped outa boredum and i barely touched 1/20th of the entire list of PKers

Zombies have more trouble, they take headshots, lose AP to stand up. Most zombies stand up with AP in the low 40's survivors get high 40's to 50 depending on when you log in and move your character in a given day.

Survivor speech was limited to 50 people. This messed up communication in crowded places <---Have you ever tried to communicate in kizombie? You can get on a radio and communicate with an ENTIRE suburb even an entire game if all radios were set the same. Zombies can speak a few letters and try to combine them and make something come out we all recognize.

Revives cost 10AP. <-- so it costs 10AP to revive someone. It can cost 20AP to kill them, assuming every single attack lands. On average its in the upper 30's to kill someone. If so facto that leaves a zombie with about 20 AP to cade bash. Yet a survivor can revive 4 people. Have you ever tried to cade bash? it can take over 80AP to break into an EHB building and then you expect us to be able to attack survivors after that?

Ruin. Also, it completely destroyed survivor effectiveness in red suburbs. In addition ruins can break free running lanes. <--congratulations you learned that ruins, can destroy free running lanes. If ruin nerfs survivor effectiveness, why don't you talk to any 404 member, all they do is go into "Red" suburbs and fix things, and get them up and running again. Hell my own group UBCS does that (not to the same effectiveness). Go join a real group there buddy before putting up another "guide"

Zombies in a building lower barricade %'s. <--lolwut? no it doesnt. It lowers you ability to barricade said building, and obviously. Would you try to stick your hand near a zombie standing in a doorway, or would you shoot it first, throw its body out of the buiilding and then try to barricade? Don't worry i can wait on an answer.

Flesh Rot. <--this isn't a nerf. Zombies used to get a flak vest whenever they got revived and then jump out of the building. It used to be key to a zombie that you carried a Flak vest when you were undead. Now with the flesh rot, you don't have to even bother to be revived and go search for one.

As you can see you clearly are an idiot, and need to think hard before you go posting crap like this on the wiki. No one agree's with it because its wrong and filled with holes. Without trying i just tore your ENTIRE "guide" apart, this is not the first guide i have done this to. So please, go do something productive with your time before you go posting stuff like this. --
