Description

Before the outbreak, Vines Place had been the historic location of an old customs house, which in more modern times had instead become a place of increasing architectural triumph - replete with water features, plinths, plaques, and the nearby Holborn Monument. Much of the running of the area's water features was designed to rely on the ebb and flow of underground culverts of the River Kevan, and as such, still spout and trickle in futile gesture to this day.
