Warehouse 83,41 is an abandoned facility lying directly east of the Boutcher Alley Police Department. Due to the increasing raids upon the Police Department, a number of survivors have taken refuge in this structure, and are currently using it as a base of operations for the entire Northwest district of Pitneybank. This stronghold is to be kept at EHB, and any survivors in the area who need a place to lay low are welcome.
