Spencer Outpost was one of a few military bases set up in the earlier days of the outbreak. Built around the old Spencer's Movie Rental and Firearms store, it was equipped with minefields, .50 cal machine posts, and sandbag bunkers. Meant to keep survivors alive and healthy, it distributed food, water (What good are those?) ammo, weapons, and maps to other safe houses. It operated for a few months, until it was utterly erased by an accidental combining of Pop Rocks and Soda. Now just some scrap metal remains.
