The next page of the journal is titled Weapons Division.

Weapons Division is an affiliate of both Necrotech and Rateger Inc., as well as DRC. They produce firearms, Military usage vehicles and protective outwear. James November, a public figure often shown alongside the Weapons Division logo, is, apparently, less an asshole than you'd think. The ex-MI5 or MI6 (the facts are bit hazy, due to the nature of the former employee, the crown) is actually a kind-hearted, but professional soldier. His job in WD is largely unknown, but some speculate him to be only a front, a figurehead to give out a positive image of the shady enterprise he apparently leads, he has a hobby of collecting exotic weapons, specifically swords.

Some of the Weapons Division owned warehouses were raided surrounding a scandal centered around illegal arms trade. Alongside entrances to mysterious tunnels, beyond the police' powertools and expertise, the buildings were found to have odd booklets. The Division denied having anything to do with the contents of the buildings, and going as far as claiming the warehouses weren't even their. The paper trail regarding the buildings, though, have gone missing, meaning the owners of the buildings can't be confirmed. The story of the mysterious storage facilities was a top story just before the outbreak.
