Positions

Medics - Generally made up of fresh recruits, Medics learn the value of a good FAK, scouting and the rudiments of teamwork. They either form a squad lead by an EMO, or are attached to a squad from another chapter. Achieving certain skills can qualify a Medic to transfer to another chapter or they can opt to stay with the Whites as EMOs

Emergency Medical Officer - Are personnel who specialize in supporting others on the field as healers, revivifyers or as squad leaders of white squads. As white squad leaders they guide Medics to where they are needed and to who needs them. EMOs may also opt to transfer to the Red Chapter in a more offensive role as CMTs

Backstory

Originally medical duties were under the purview of the centralized Medical team of NH. However due to the urgent needs of NH as a whole, medical field support has been delegated to Tiamat which in response has opted to instruct its recruits on the basic use of First Aid Kits, and the appointing of NT Lab technicians as EMOs.

Methodology

White Chapter personnel support through healing and revivification.

For Medics its a relatively fast way to rack up experience in order to acquire basic combat skills, free running, and construction in order to transfer to the other Chapters. Medics may also be fostered to a squad under another Chapter under the discretion of that squad's leader though they will retain their White Chapter status until they qualify for another Chapter that they want to transfer to.

EMOs on the other hand are bound to revivify in a purely supportive capacity. Offensive minded EMOs may opt to transfer to the Red Chapter to serve as CMTs
