Outside: Wigdahl Bank is an imposing grey-stone building covered in abandoned scaffolding. Somebody has spraypainted Important entry point- keep at VSB! onto a wall.

Inside: The vault is wide open, its contents either is stolen or transferred to another bank. The lobby has been decorated with two mouldering tapestries and two Greek tapestries. Somebody has spraypainted Bill Stokes was here onto a wall.
