There are 58 Buildings total -- 14 are VSB (or open) 45 are EHB. Resource buildings are generally VSB unless close together. The UBP calls for Schools and Auto Repair Shops to be VSB. There are three schools already next to entry points/resource buildings and thus EHB. There are four Auto Repair Shops. Two are right next to resource buildings and thus EHB. The other is VSB. The Missen Building, an NT building, is next to the Mayor Building, another NT, so it is EHB.

Remember: OVERBARRICADING KILLS! Please think of others when barricading!

[edit] Emergency Barricade System

The simplified version of the EBS calls for important resource buildings (which are VS+2 normally) to be barricaded to EHB when there is a zed invasion or large groups of zeds near. A temporary entry point is to be made adjacent until the groups disperse.
