Introduction
This is the policy page for the Zombie Emergency Management Agency. This is like the rules for ZEMA and must be followed. Only Soldier UDW and Eric Bessette can edit this article. All Z.E.M.A. Members must write their suggestions in the Discussion Page of this article.
Recruitment Policys
Member Recruitment Policy
Anyone can join the Zombie Emergency Management Agency at any level (it does not matter), we also can include entire groups if they form an Alliance. However, psychopaths and zombies are not allowed into the group. If any of them signs their name into the Member section of the Main Page then it will be deleted without question and listed into our Psychopath List.
Zombie Neutrallity Policy:
Zombies who are on the side of Survivors and in need of a revive can join Z.E.M.A. Members who've been zombified are not excluded from the Organization.
Group Policies
Advertizement Policy
Z.E.M.A. Members are only allowed to write 20 Advertizements per Suburb because too many will get people annoyed and get rid of them.
Emergency Revivification Policy
If the Zombie Population is higher than the Survivor Population then Z.E.M.A. members are allowed to do random revives in the city.
Potential Psychopath Policy
Never let any group members' rude personallity or behavior get in your way or your mind. Because you will cause a lot of problems and can cost you a lot.
Zombie Revive Policy
Temporarly not in Act
Z.E.M.A. members must first look into the Psychopath list or the UD Rouges Gallery before reviving a zombie. If the zombies name is on the list then they get killed instead of Revivification.
Urban Dead Policies
Psychopath Policy
Anyone who comes accross a Psychopath (Pker,Gker, people who are insane) must kill that psychopath showing no mercy. Failure to do this will cost you later.

Z.E.M.A. Page Insubordinate Editing Policy
Users who are not a member of the Zombie Emergency Management Agency must ask permission to one of the leaders of Z.E.M.A. before editing, moving, or etc for whatever reason (Including Arbitrators). Failure to do this is an act of Insubordination and Vandalism and will be tolerated by placing the User in the Psycho list without question.
