Corporal Luke finds the Police Department abandon. There is little or no glass left in the metal framings of the buildings lobby. Some light sneaks in but only to glint off the Desk sergeant's work bench, everything past that gets dark. Creeping to the north east corner of the building he sees the maggoty meatloaf undead gathering. The smell is mostly what has given them away. Shamblers stand stock still along both Sheridan street and some have gathered at the ambulance entrance of Sixtus General. Two stand almost within hands reach of him here. The Fireman's axe slides softly down through his grip till the leading point makes a barely audible 'tink' on the cement walkway. The steel head then rises at distance and he takes a grip with the other hand as he steps from the corner. With white knuckles and loose shoulders Luke swings and strikes. The zombies is looking east towards the others on Sheridan but how aware it is he doesn't care. The violence of the first hit bites deep into the clavicle. Bone shatters and he can feel and hear it. A sharp wrench then, collar bone, arm, chest and knee. A lower leg comes off and the zombie tilts. A double handed strike to the neck and the soggy slop of the semi-fresh head splashes foul 'juice' over the wall and ground. One dead zombie. He stomps on the head, grinds it. He slips away even as the other zombies turn in his direction. | |||

According to the Mornington Barricade Plan, Ashenden Way PD should be barricaded up to Very Strongly Barricaded.
