History

Bissley Bank, along with Tomkins Bank, makes a big bank complex, which increased the value of those banks before the zombie attacks. Like Tomkins, it is now useless in the non-monetary revolutionary society.

Bissley Bank is to be kept Very Strongly Barricaded at all times.

Note: This advice is according to the local barricading plan, and may vary from the UBP or locally developed plans.

By The Crimson Clan's barricade plan this building will be unbarricaded due it's lack of usefulness.
