Buttonville seems to have returned to pre-outbreak conditions. Most of the suburb is powered, very few (if any) zombies are being reported and a sizeable amount of buildings have a generator and a radio installed. Buckley Mall is being held by local, unaffiliated survivors and The Randoms seem to rejoy in decorating the reclaimed houses with a veritable plethora of artwork. The Mechel Museum no longer maintains barricades and welcomes all artloving visitors. Due to this policy, it is the only red building in the entire suburb. Neighbouring suburbs like Williamsville and Kinch Heights apparently are experiencing a similar evolution. PB&J 08:44, 6 June 2016 (UTC)

Suburb remains in ruins. Few survivors, if any, and most are probably migrating to safer pastures. DNA scans show that The Dead still have presence, with at least four low-level zombies occupying the NT buildings in the Northeast. Pretty much every building has a zed in or outside of it, so I'm upgrading the suburb back to Very Dangerous. --Thorgold 07:23, 14 May 2011 (BST)

Slowly but surely, life seeped back into Buttonville. The Malton Strike corps, the Deck of 52, and others laid in ruins. But life moves on without them. Syringes pressing upon the skin of their fellow survivors, waiting so long for those revives, have finally, at last, become alive once more. Now Buttonville does what it can to reclaim it's glory before the fall to the MOB, that so brutally swept the resistance to their feet. Shaking a fist at the name of the MOB is the least one can do, less they waste AP mourning the fall of the suburb. --Officer Mead Sheaffer 18:13, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

Deciding to get in the holiday spirit, the MOB shared the gift of Barhah with all of the locals, groaning out zombie carols and shambling into buildings they broke into were invited to enter. They even remembered to check their list twice after having spread their holiday cheer, only to find that they had already visited all of the good little buildings on their list. Having given the gift of a ruined suburb to the locals, the MOB prepared to spread their zombie cheer elsewhere. Aichon 08:19, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

Buckley Mall and the surrounding buildings have all fallen to the murderous hands of the Militant Order of Barhah, this marks the elimination of the last survivor foothold in Wyke Hills. The MOB has thus begun to move into Buttonville, leaving several buildings ruined already. Survivors are doing their best to brace for this attack. -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 19:08, 21 December 2009 (UTC)

December 21st

Zombies and humans have been bucking heads and duking it out. Buckley Mall fought valiantly - but fell. Survivors fled to Garlick Square Fire Station, and are now in a brutal battle with Zeds. Both sides have gained more members each. The commander of the defense fell in combat, and so the survivors panicked. This sudden increase of Zeds is the presence of the Militant Order of Barhah. Zeds are scattered around Buttonville, same with survivors. Humans advise sleeping in low targeted places or in groups. Zeds recommend eating idiots that fall asleep in the streets because there isn't many places to run and hide. God save us all, give us some Italian food. And strike down all the over-barricaders. --Officer Mead Sheaffer 18:13, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

September 28th

Buttonville activity has become low.Zombie population are decreasing. From a scan from tebette building, very few zombies are in sight which is aproximately less than 10.While in the brazey building, a minor break in ocur somewhere in the morning but it was up and back on running afew hours ltr thanks to fast moving survivors.A scan from brazey shows quite a number of zombies but less than the last scan made..-doomlancer(6.56pm/MAL)<Brazey building>-clearing the plague one bullet at a time

September 25th

Base on recent activities, members have been sent for recon mission in the norther part of buttonville. From a scan from tebette building there is almost NO zombies at all except afew at the revive point. However this does not mean all is safe because after a small recon to brazey building for a scan, it apears that HORDES of zombies are hiding away from the range of tebette which means every square inch after the brazey building is occupied by at least 1 zombie with the largest concentration of 14 zombies at a NT building north west of brazey building.-doomlancer(10.04am/MAL)<Brazey building>-clearing the plague one bullet at a time

September 23th

zombies seams to be migrating to the north side of buttonville. There was a break in at brazey and th NT building nearby it but it has been setled with.less then 10 zombies are in the vicinity of the tebette building scan but after a short recon still large number of zombies at the north with the largest grouping of 10..-doomlancer(10.04am/MAL)<buckley mall>-

September 20th

After a quiet yesterday, zombie activity has increase once again. There has been a breach in the brazey building by a totol of 7 zombies outside and 2 inside.A squad of survivors has been sent to repair the building but sofar repair works cannot be complete as zombies cannot be cleared alltogether. On another note G-ker coolnyou is really getting anoying as he runs around buttonville destroying generators in the mall all the way to necrotech building.-doomlancer(3.34pm/MAL)<mechlan museum>-

September 18th

The 1st scan from the brazey building is in guys, thanks to all the survivors who help maintain the buildings up in the north. There seam to be 40 zombies surounding the brazey building with the largest group of 4.The upper northen regions seam to have the most concentration of zombies.from the tebette building, not many zombies are around.Aproximately 20 like that only.It seams the zombies a moving on..-doomlancer(3.34pm/MAL)<tebette building>-

September 17th

Zombie count has drop once again.Base on the scan from the tebette building exactly 31 zombies are in the area. But just as last time we are not sure with the zombies outside of scan range due to lack of ap.Tomorrow a recon squad will be sent again to see the zombie number there and maby get a scan from the brazey building if its not run down by zombie yet. .-doomlancer(6.30pm/MAL)<Buckley mall>-

September 16th

After a sucessfull mission of the northen clearing,we have manage to take back brazey building (NT) and the mechlen museum building beside it.The building was repaired, rebaricaded to a certain degree of safety due to lack of ap,cleared of zombie, and dumped the zombie bodies outside. However there was a break in at the mechlen museum and one of the squad members who was overniting there after repairing the building was killed by the zombie. However thanks to the survivors in the area the museum was sucessfully taken back and the squad member revived and back on his feet.

Zombie Report:

-There are 22 zombies located along the north route from the tebette building where the most is 3 block away from the building with the concentration of up to 5 in a square max to 1 in a square minimum

-There are 29 zombies located at the whole west side of the tebette building with the most made up of 8 zombies exactly 4 square north west from tebette and the most concentrated at the south west end with the max count at 4 and minimum count at 1

conclusion:This can mean that the zombie at the north are starting to move in to the mall so survivors are asked to help rebaricade the area and constantly check for break in as well as kill as many zombies as possible to deter break in's and oh yea try to avoid zombie at the rp's ok. till then.-doomlancer(4.54pm/MAL)<Buckley mall>-

There was a break in at buckley mall where we manage to identify coolyou who probably tried to destroy the generator but well somehow became a zombie and well infected afew. His body was shot with shotgun by our squad and thrown out the dam building for all we care. Please dont revive him .-doomlancer(6.19pm/MAL)<Buckley mall>-

September 15th

From the tebette building 51 zombies are in scanning range. Most of the are located at the north part of the city.aproximately 27 are there while 10 at the north west and afew at directly west. While trying to clear the northen part of the city to make it a better place to live in,Our patrol found a HUGE amount of zombies there in and out of the building. Most buildings in the state of horribly run down and will be needing the help of a tool box to fix.Today a squad of 3 was sent to the north side of town to be cleared up however the mission was a failure as there was too many zombies in the area and buildings need alot of repairs.Survivors visiting the area are advise to avoid the north side at the same time please feel free to clear them up as the help would really be apreciated.-doomlancer(3.55/MAL)<Buckley mall>-

September 14th

The tebette building was over run by zombies this morning but all;s taken care off thanks to the survivor team work. The building has also already been rebaricaded however i dont think its fuelled up yet so no scans were made -doomlancer(4.35pm/MAL)<Buckley mall>-

September 13th

After a quick recon mission consisting of 2 members which are doomlancer and knightly we have found out that our suspicion was right.Zombie count at the mall has decreased only because massive hordes of zombies are outside the border about the area of the brazen building and the fort building.Massive hordes of zombies in and out of the building consisting of 5-9 in a group not including inside or outside the buildings.A small squad will be sent there to help exterminate the zombies will other survivors can help by repairing the buildings once the extermination is done.Survivors are advised to move via jumping through buildings to avoid zombie hordes. -doomlancer(11.48am/MAL)<Tebette building>-

September 12th

After a regular patrol routine and some safety scans involving looking and repairing damage baricades and not forgetting clearing the place of zombies. The zombie count in the area is now 31. The scan from the tebbett building confirm our numbers however this can simply just mean zombies have hide outside the range of the scanner which is (if ur unaware) 5 squares from the building. Tomorrow a small dispatch team will be sent to see if there are actually any zombies hiding beyond range or merely they have migrated.Survivors are warned to be cautious.

The zombie location;-

-At the west of the tebbett building there seams to be where the large amount of zombies are. aproximately 15 at the north west and 3 at north south.

-10 zombies are spotted ablock away from the building in bigest group of 3's from the north section all the way to north east section.

-3 zombies at the cemetary just beside the mall -no harm there i guess-

-doomlancer(8.23pm/MAL)<Tebette building>-

September 11th

A shotgun toward my face? O, shall I fight thee?

August 20th

After striking at a couple of targets in northern Buttonville, namely, the Fort Building NT and the Brazey Building NT, zombies from the Militant Order of Barhah proceeded to converge on Buckley Mall. Gunshots and groans coming from the southern two quadrants seem to indicate the existence of an ongoing fight for control of the building. Even though survivors were initially succesful at replacing the genrators there, zombies have repeatedly destroyed them and managed to ruin half of the mall. Interestingly, some of the zombies seem to be groaning something about Angry Hamish action men. As more groaning zombies come into the southern two quadrants, it would seem advisable at this time for the remaining survivors to hastily evacuate the mall.--FLZombie 05:34, 20 August 2008 (BST)

Sorry for the confusion guys, Alexander is apparently a trenchie idiot...I just checked, and all but the NE corner of Buckley are ruined. There are maybe 80 survivors in the NE corner, and about 120 zombies, with another 250 scattered throughout the rest of the mall...Point is, Buckley HAS fallen, I recommend trying to head East to Fort Perryn, there is a minor siege going on there, and the survivors have been holding out with very little trouble for about 2 weeks. Just today, they managed to kill every zombie outside the gatehouse, and the next day to enter is Sunday. In the meantime, good luck and keep safe! TheFriendlyBlackMan 00:45, 1 May 2008 (BST)

The suburb is still under attack, but by Kittens, we're surely not fallen. Doomsayers and the easily panicked always seem to think Buttonville is "dead" when in reality right now The Randoms and allies are still helping rebuild and hold parts of Buttonville. Revive queues are being taken care of, buildings are being caded, it's a warzone, not a deadzone. Buttonville has not "fallen," and the mall is not the only place in Buttonville. Zombies are coming in from the West(Williamsville), North-West(Dartside), North (Kinch Heights), and North-East(West Grayside). And word from my recon is that the Zombies have destroyed Spicer Hills and are running right through to us.

If people chose to high tail it out I wont blame them and it my opinion Miltown should be ButtonVille's escape zone.

And NT Tebbit Has been lost and retaken several times so I think they will be coming from the North more than the other directions.

I don't think so, been in Buttonville for a few days and yes it safe but there is talk on the radio that a big group of zeds are moving south on Buttonville. I think it's the dead, but hey who knows their numbers are droping and the sea of red is not that red any more. Maybe we will get lucky and they will just go away.--Jamie Cantwell3 18:27, 23 April 2008 (BST)

Looking out across the suburb from the Buckley Mall there appears to be little change in this region. After a small-scale attack by a minor shambling horde of zombies things look as though they may have quietened down somewhat although it must be said that there seems to be rising PK activity, especially with regards to PK'ers killing other survivors who are waiting at the Wasteland Revive Point for medical treatment. I witnessed one of these PK'ers (who I had seen myself killing survivors waiting at that very Wasteland RP) being killed by a PK-Hunter and, presumably, his body dumped out of the North West corner of the Buckley Mall yesterday. People seemed cheerful and quite relieved. I espied him back inside the North East corner of the Mall today however. Hopefully everyone will be more alert. The way I see it, one less PK'er in a survivor-friendly suburb, the better.

Nah. It's not that bad. Buttonville is currently being attacked by one smallish but effective group which is taking out a couple of buildings at a time, plus quite a few ferals. However, most of those buildings are recovered in a day or two and overall, most resource buildings are intact. There is fear among the survivors that The Dead have returned/will return shortly. But Buttonville isn't that overrun. Yet. --ZaqWer 04:48, 17 April 2008 (BST)

April 13th

The Brazey NT has been breached by a small horde of 7 to a dozen. Scans of the zeds occupying the NT showed that at least 2 are members of The Dead. We shoudln't jump to conclusion, but it stands to good reason that where there are a few members of The Dead, there may be more, and indeed an "Unknown Horde" is rampaging in nearby Wyke Hills. Suggest that survivors be on the alert, whilst in the interest of keeping this neutral I shall say that feral zeds should check out the action. The suburb is definitely very dangerous at this point. The area around the mall itself is above 50 zoms at this point, not counting the large number of dead surrounding it. Lots of over-barricading going on, if you decide to go outside, you may have to walk a while to get to an entry point. --EchozAurora 23:35, 9 March 2008

Speculation is not appropriate for danger reports. The numbers you've described are NOT "Very Dangerous" numbers. Odds are it will get VD soon enough -- but until then, you ought to report the actual situation on the ground. Espewcially considering that the Dead have been seen en masse in some other nearby suburbs, too... so who's to say for sure where they congregate next? Ranson Boulevard police station has been destroyed as have surrounding buildings. There's currently 39 zeds in Buckley Mall. Lots of small zombie packs roaming the streets, picking on small groups of survivors in buildings. The mall seems the safest place.--Gregory M Thomas 04:29, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

For the past 10 days Brazey and Fort NT have been under constant siege. The buildings are taken back by survivors only to be destroyed the next day by zeds. A group currently approaching 40 zombies, inside and out, is attacking the Ranson Boulevard Police Department. Multiple break-ins and numerous survivor casualties are reported. Meanwhile, other groups of zombies have Ruined the Fort NT and several surrounding buildings in the northern part of the suburb. --WanYao 03:19, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm listening to the radio conversation between Buckely and Ranson. Ranson is lost. The work of a zombie spy (zombie in pajamas) caused the barricades to fail and he was combat reviving. That's what the radio says at any point. But, as of now, Ranson is lost, and I would expect a full scale survivor fall back from northern Buttonville at this point. - George Bulst

There are still more than 20 zombies in the 3x3 area around Pryor wreaking havoc. Last sighted concentrated in and around the Mallery building. Rest of Buttonville looks safe. - Logik40 3:46, 7 November 2007 (PST)

November 6th

Well, the Big Bash has moved to the west, but plenty of ferals still infest the western reaches of Buttonville. Pryor should be made operational as soon as possible, and teams organized to take out the ferals. This might take a while, but it is the best we can hope for. We look to be safe from the Bash, as turn around would be dumb, so that is good news. We should try to help Williamsville reestablish itself after the ferals are cleaned out. - George Bulst

November 5th

Due to numerous break-ins, Buttonville is now yellow.

About 3 hours ago, the Ranson Blvd PD was broken into. My DNA scans revealed that rotters from the Militant Order of Barhah were leading the attack. Currently the barricades have been rebuilt, but 4 zeds are still inside and many survivors who were taking shelter there were killed.

Myself, fleeing for more secure shelter, I can attest to Pirog's statement that many buildings in the area are over-barricaded. I was barely able to find shelter myself... --WanYao 07:45, 22 July 2007 (BST) (aka Peter E Jarry)

As a Survivor staying in the Ranson Blvd PD, We are holding up quite well with over 40 survivors still in the building. Even though, it has been over barrricaded by people who do not follow the building code which tends to be quite annoying, but hopefully some zombies will knock it down to vsb+2 or less which I could build to vsb+2. The Militant Order of Barhah won't take us like they took other buildings, rest of the people in here arn't cowards even if the other half fled. --Sparticulous 8:06, 22 July 2007 (est)

June

June 19th

Drama Club staged a performance of "Army of Darkness" at Club Hunt as part of their Border Tour of Malton. The group plans to travel clockwise around the border suburbs of Malton with one show in each suburb. Today they performed for the four survivors here as part of this tour. See their group page for performing groups and schedules.

June 8th

Buttonville remains fairly quiet. Though there are occaisional break-ins reported, most zombie counts of late have been in the single digits for the whole neighborhood.

May

May 17th

The zombies have moved along. A complete sweep of the suburb showed only 6 hostile zombies, scattered. Every building was barricaded, most EHB. The biggest danger now is overbarricading.

May 12th

A group of 15 undead creatures is banging at the weak doors of the Ranson Boulevard Police Dept. The surrounding area is quite peaceful, a few zeds, a few survivors. The barricade situation of Buttonvilles NE is so so.

April

April 28th

Minor scout reports indicate that except for the northern part of the suburb, Buttonville is relatively devoid of zombie activity. Survivors should remain alert as the Militant Order of Barhah is in Kinch Heights and continues to hold the suburb.

April 23rd

Full census shows approximately 78 zombies in Buttonville, not at revive points. The majority of buildings have heavy or higher barricades. The SE is devoid of zombies and in very safe condition. But the NE has over 30 zombies. Most resource buildings are breached daily, but also repaired daily.

April 13th

In my wanderings through the suburb, it seems to be relatively safe; few resource buildings were broken into, and the mall is completely secured, though it contains fewer survivors than Pole mall did before it was taken. I was unable to find a powered NT building, however, and hence do not have an idea of zombie numbers within the suburb. However, if there are large numbers of zombies, they either are not very belligerent at the moment, or have been beaten down by the survivors. There are a few zombies outside (in the range of 0 to 20 outside any given building, the most outside the mall being 19 at one corner). --Saluton 15:00, 13 April 2007 (BST)

The Randoms have called off their emergency status but advise survivors to remain vigilant and help contain any zombie break ins in the suburb. -- Cheeseman W!ASBTalk 23:20, 2 April 2007 (BST)

March

March 30th

There are just under 100 survivor-hostile zombies in Buttonville, about at or near the mall. Revive points have fewer than 30 zombies in them. About 80% of buildings are barricaded, especially in the north. Beware of overbarricading.

March 26th

It looks like zombies are invading the buildings around the Pryor Building.

March 20th

There are approximately 120 - 130 zombies (excluding revive requests) in Buttonville. About 2/3 of buildings are barricaded. Zombies are concentrating on NT buildings but are putting a weak effort into the mall. There are about 60 zombies in the revive points.

March 18th

Out of the fog to the East of Buttonville. A lone survivor emerges carrying a Yellow Lunchbox...The Cheese has returned to unite the Suburb once more...

March 11th

Currently, there are in excess of 200 hostile zombies in Buttonville. More than 70% of buildings are wide open. The mall is in complete control of zombies.

March 10th

Right outside of Buckley Mall at a cemetary located right beneath St. Dionisous's Church is group of 29 zombies waiting to be revivified. Why? Because a tombstone there is proclaiming it as a revivification point. Randoms, we need help.

Sorry, but between the three revive points in Buttonville which we try to get to there is currently a queue of 60 in total. At this time, you'll need to request help of Wyke Hills groups for that location. --ZaqWer 01:15, 11 March 2007 (UTC) (Randoms)

March 8th

A good portion of Buckley Mall, if not all of it, has fallen.

This attack appears to have been coordinated by the RRF, with a heapin' helpin' of GKing and PKing by their harman buddies. Just wanted to give credit where it's due, as it's always nice to get a visit from our friendly neighbors to the north. Hope you've enjoyed the Buttonville Buffet. -- Shinosa

March 6th

Buckley Mall is the ultimate target. Everyone says "Buttonville is not safe" as they flee, but it can still be defended. If we keep evacuating suburb after suburb, we're be going nowhere fast. Evacuating the Mall is a horrible move. I suggest anyone near Buckley with Free Running to evacuate their smaller buildings and join the survivors in the Mall. Zeds love to topple Malls, and we cannot allow Buckley to fall. We can, and will, prevail.

That's one theory. The Randoms have long held that we are the defenders of Buttonville, not of Buckley Mall. While we continue to focus a good deal of effort on defending the mall, we believe it is vital to maintain as many other nearby buildings as possible. Those who wish to defend the mall will do so. Those who wish to run will do so. Whichever route you take, The Randoms will do our best to help. -- Shinosa
Ranson Blvd Police station has now fallen. Barricades fallen, generator smashed.

March 5th

Zombies have continued to harrass survivors in the NW corner, expanded their harrassment of survivors in the SW corner, and now added the NE corner to the list. Over 20 zombies attacked and cleared out the Fort Building (NT) and Brazey Building (NT) in the last 24 hours. Ranson Blvd Police is sure to fall next. Additionally, zombies were killed inside of Buckley Mall today. Buttonville is definitely no longer safe.

Some survivors spotted about 60+ zeds around Ranson Blvd Police station. There are approx. 30 or fewer survivors inside Ranson Blvd Police without radio and EHB situation awaiting upcoming invasion of zeds. If you are plan to move into Buttonville change your mind because it is not safe anymore.
Actually, there were more like 15 - 20 survivors in Ranson and 30 zombies. But it is moot now, as there are now 0 survivors.

March 3rd

Over on the Williamsville main page, there's a warning up that the 100 or so Zeds will be arriving soon to attack Buckley Mall, and they will be invading Buttonville to get there. From all I've heard of the Caiger Mall disaster and others like it, I feel that the Buttonville survivors must start thinking about evacuating the suburbs and instead rally together inside Buckley Mall. We cannot let it fall, nor can we lose time in refusing to acknowledge the looming zombie threat to Buttonville.

KateMoss destroyed the generator inside of the Brazey Building. Keep an eye out for their presence in other buildings.

March 2nd

Zeds are moving in from the South West corner...today I killed one and injured another, just in time to spot 20 zeds crowded around a building not five spaces from the Lethebe Building in Buttonville. I recently came from Kinch Heights, where i've heard reports of up to 150 Zeds making their way through the suburb. The Mall is still barricaded beyond belief, as are the surrounding buildings, making it hard for the influx of refugees from infested suburbs in the South West to find shelter and protection. Something needs to be done about this incessant over-barricading. Organization is the key. In my opinion, this is all leading up to an attack on Buckley Mall, which will bring numerous hordes this way, through Buttonville, to lay siege. Something needs to be done, and fast. United is the only way we can defeat the zombie menace, and the numbers of the undead piling up outside of Buttonville is proof enough.

That group of 20 zeds was most likely the revive queue. Just swept through the entire west side. There was a total of 17 Zeds standing up outside, spread out. Though there were a few WO buildings, so there may have been some inside as well. Probably no more than 20 - 30 actual zombies in all of Buttonville at this time. There are, however, over 20 zombified survivors at the St. Aidan's revive point. Williamsville has over 100 zombies. The majority of buildings are WO. Those zombies will be looking for food soon.
But yes, OVER-BARRICADING IS MURDER. Please keep VSB marked buildings accessible for the better survival of all. Over enthusiastic barricading kills your friends or makes them waste AP opening doors. AP that could be spent reviving you or finding the FAK that will heal you.
Finally, if you are one of the 20 zombies waiting for a revive at St. Aidans' cemetery, try another revive point. No waiting at the wasteland or St. Columbanus' cemetery.

February

February 28th

The mall is overcrowded. With zombies coming in and possibly planning another attack, get your supplies and get out if you do not plan on constructing barricades. I repeat the zombies are coming into the area and may be planning an attack on the mall.

February 27th

Zombies have are coming in from the southwest corner, Williamsville way. At least St Aidan's Church and Whittem Fire Station have fallen.

February 23rd

Zombies have continued to harrass survivors in the north west corner in the area of St. Soter's Hospital. Other zombies have been seen breaching random buildings such as Tebbett Building, and Alner Place School. While Buttonville is relatively safe, survivors must be vigilant.

February 15th

While generally quiet, there have been regular zombie breaches in the north west corner (around St. Soter's Hospital) and the north east corner (around Ranson Police).

January

January 15th

Buster Piondexter, from TechCom, is recruiting in the area, looking for new members to fill the ranks of the group from Darvall Hights. They are in need of anyone with revival skills, or anybody that can shoot in a stright line. Find them in the Northup Avenue Railway Station.

January 7th

Infamous "kill on sight" PKer Stealth Penguin has been sighted in Buttonville. Current location GMT 16:14 is the Warehouse at 41,99. Bounty Hunters in the area go get him, everyone else beware.

December

December 25th

Operation Christmas Lights was a grand success with every building in Buttonville lit and many of them with Christmas Lights and Christmas trees. Thanks to all who helped bring some festive cheer to our neighborhood.

December 18th

The Anti-Smurf Brigade wish to wish all Buttonvillers a very merry Christmas and ask that you help us make this a very merry Christmas by helping us put up Christmas lights and tree in every building in the suburb. Please join in and make Operations Christmas Lights even more spectacular. Thank you. --Cheeseman W!ASBTalk 22:20, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

December 10th

TechCom has officially rooted itself into the suburb.

Novemeber

Novemeber 30th

Hello to all in Buttonville. My name is Sherwin Matthews, and I am an emissary from the Fear of Fridays Street Team in your neighbouring suburb, Wyke Hills. Ive come here today to warn you of a PKer that we're experiencing some issues with and should treated as extremely dangerous (preferably killed on sight), named B D McSkeets. This will undoubtably feed his absurd egotrip, but please take care; he was last spotted in Buttonville. We may be bringing the rain of justice for him into your fine suburb, so if you see us or our brothers and sisters in the Hartford Wrecking Crew, feel free to stop and say hey.. thanks for reading, and if you find his bloody corpse out in the rain, PLEASE DO NOT REVIVE HIM! -Sherwin, Fear of Fridays Street Team

B D McSkeets is, unfortunately, notorious in Buttonville, though best known for antics in Wyke Hills.

November 25th

After a long running vote, the Anti Smurf Brigade have decided to put forward a motion to rename Buttonville, Cheeseville. As the majority of Buttonville survivor groups are in the ASB this vote has been deemed a fair representation of the people of Buttonville. Therefore, the Anti Smurf Brigade hearby dub this suburb Cheeseville. Any complaints should be made in the form of writting and posted on our wiki page. Thank you for your time. -- Cheeseman W!ASBTalk 22:15, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

October

October 17th

Rumour has it that there is something going on in the French Fudge Factory in the south end of the suburb, close to the border. A few senior citizens has come all the way from Stanbury Village, armed with shovels and beer. Spraytags in the area are mentioning something called "the TTP". We can only guess at what these northerners are up to. They're probably trying to sell something.

October 10th

Low amounts of zombies roam the area. Few hordes. Pkers, Gkers, and Rkers such as the infamous George Castanza(*no longer considered a pker*) still roam the streets. Recent break-ins have occured in St.Soters hospital. Overall, Buttonville is a relatively safe place to stay.

October 3rd

The closure of St. Aidan's church as a revive point is announced. It is now simply a designated survivor safe house.

In other news, zombie presence has been relatively quiet, but not non-existent. There's a breach somewhere in Buttonville most days. PKers remain a problem. Over barricading seems to be under control, though also not non-existent.

Survivors should be vigilant, a large zombie horde named Shacknews just moved south from Kempsterbank to West Grayside and could come to the area in coming days.

September

September 15th

Latest full zombie count still shows 20 zombies, no organized undead apparent. Unfortunately, due to over barricading, there are regular reports of citizens being trapped outside on the streets. Survivors are pleaded with to adhere to the Buttonville Barricade Policy below so that survivors can run for cover. Concerned about your safety? Don't sleep in resource buildings!

September 4th

Overbarricading issues continue as well as PKers. Buckley Mall remains safe for the time being. -- mentalpatient 0258, 05 September 2006 (GMT)

A full zombie count of the neighborhood shows fewer than 20 zombies in a few very small groups and one small mob around Pryor/Whittem.

August

August 29th

Many buildings have become over barricaded and are ignoring the barricade plan leading to many survivors being trapped outside.

August 21st

The Anti-Smurf Brigade invite all Buttonville survivor groups to join them. The ASB is an organization comprised of The Randoms, The Bakers of The Apocalypse and Tactical Area Rescue. The member groups work together to keep the suburb safe for everyone.

August 18th

The zombie population is on the rise, currently just over 50, fairly distributed around the neighborhood. Most buildings are extremely heavily barricaded. Just a few are unbarricaded, and usually only for short periods. In fact, over barricading may be a bigger problem right now than unprotected buildings. Although Buckley Mall has been relatively secure of late, there is a large horde of about 40 zombies consistently hanging outside, mostly on the Wyke Hills side.

August 6th

The zombie population is down to about 30 (excluding those waiting for revives). About 80% of buildings are now barricaded. The mall and resource buildings have running generators more often than not.

July

July 24th

About a month after the Big Bash moved on, the zombie population remains high with a current count of about 90 excluding those waiting for revives. Zombies outnumber survivors about three to one. The vast majority of buildings remain wide open.

July 11th

After another week the number of zombies has dwindled only slightly but an increasing number of buildings are barricaded.

July 3rd

A week after the Big Bash started moving west, over 90 zombies are still in Buttonville (though 30 or so appear to be waiting for revives). Of the 55 Buildings, all but 5 stand without barricades.

June

June 23rd

Buckley has been cleared & ransacked by the Big Bash, and adjacent support buildings have also been opened & ransacked.

June 22nd

Buckley along with a few resilient buildings still stand against the new zombie horde. Suspicions of at least the larger portion of the zombie horde being organized haven't been confirmed yet, as no groups have claimed responsibility. The idea that these coordinated attacks are completely coincidental is preposterous. Survivors in Buttonville wait for the Zombie Horde responsible to step forward and publicly announce what they have done.

Buckley has been assaulted by the Big Bash, assumptions of survivor dominance in the suburb have been eliminated.

June 21st

The zombie invasion has continued to escalate. There are over 150 zombies in Buttonville and they occupy approximately half of the buildings.

Most buildings have been breached, and survivors are being pulled out to the streets and finished off by the ravenous hordes.

June 17th

After more than a month of quiescence, Buttonville is under attack. As of this morning, there are more than 40, possibly more than 50 zombies in Buttonville mostly in the NE sector with a smaller group in the SW sector and a few distributed elsewhere.

May

May 16th

Buttonville is now relatively safe and there has been no major zombie break ins for several days. However survivors are urged to keep their eyes open. This could be the calm before the storm....

April

April 21st

Buttonville remains dangerous in the aftermath of RRF Excursion's visit two weeks ago. As often occurs in the wake of a travelling horde, numerous ferals have remained behind. The survivor population is steadily increasing but remains light. Buckley Mall continues to suffer break-ins, although survivors in the area are mounting efforts to make the mall safe again. Other buildings in Buttonville are touch-and-go: some are stable, some suffer daily assaults by the undead. The situation is gradually improving but survivors are advised to use caution while traveling through Buttonville.

April 10th

With full bellies and messy faces (they are not known for their table habits), the Undeadites break camp for Tollyton and Paradox territory. The RRF are heartily welcome to come by for communal munching. -- ZombieMcAllen 11:32, 10 April 2006 (EST)

Buttonville has recently been the home of the Amalgamated Tourists and Wandering Persons Union. They are well known for nomadic habits, and their current whereabouts are unknown. They left behind a lovely note of thanks for the hospitality of the people of Buttonville however.

April 8th

Most of southeast Buttonville has been wiped out by the Excursion. --Gafgar 22:14, 8 April 2006 (CMT)

April 5th

Last report from survivors in Garlick Square Fire Station suggests that the mall is overrun with at least 70 zombies. There were many casualties due to the surprise nature of the attack. An initial wave of three or four zombies was repelled, but a successful zombie counter attack toppled the mall. RRF Excursion hit just as the Undeadites came for a visit. The mall was wiped out. Buckley Mall is firmly in the grip of zombies.

Residents of the surrounding areas of Buckley Mall are advised to leave immediately. Once the mall has been cleared, zombies will be scouting the outlying buildings. --Don D Crummitt 16:13, 5 April 2006 (BST)

April 1st

The Randoms have moved into Buttonville to provide help and cheese to all inhabitants of this suburb. They are looking for members, go to The Randoms WIKI page for more information.

March

March 16th

The suburb is quiet. There are a few ferals around, but nothing organized. For some reason the paranoid fools in the Buckley Mall keep it sealed up as tight as a drum. I for one propose we crack that sucker open and free its goodies for the beleaguered survivors of the district. I'm making an entrance in the North Eastern corner in Wyke Hills, if you wanna help join the campaign to have Buckley Mall Open For All. --FallenAngel 13:02, 16 March 2006 (GMT)

March 11th

The suburb is quiet, maybe too quiet. There are reports of a generator killer destroying generators at the Necrotech buildings, phone mast tower and other spots.
