Basic Info:

  • Clubs are Dark buildings.
  • The usual internal description of a Club reads as follows:
"…in the near-darkness of the main dancefloor."
  • When powered by a portable generator, the internal description changes to the following:
"Coloured spotlights highlight an empty stage, and distorted music echoes over the speakers."
  • Clubs can be barricaded normally.

Club Shelley [71,27] is a club in the SW corner of the suburb of Santlerville. It is one of five clubs in the suburb, but this one is special as it is the home of the Malton Music Industry.

Description

Club

Club Shelley is one of the five clubs in Santlerville. It is in the South-West corner of the suburb and is regularly frequented by Hospital and Fire Department staff from the surrounding buildings, who visit the club for a good drink and light cabaret performance.

The club is a premier attraction in Santlerville and continues to provide drinks, entertainment and music even in post zombie-invaded Malton, when many other clubs have shut down. Survivors can come here for some R&R when swinging fire axes and zombie slaying gets a little too much.

Barricade Policy

The barricades for this building are to be maintained at EHB according to the Santlerville Barricade Plan, which was set up by the Dribbling Beavers of Santlerville.

The nearest Entry Point to Club Shelley is the adjacent Dennis Row Fire Station at [71,28], which is just 1 block South of here and is a designated Entry Point.

A quick view

The Club taken over by the Malton Music Industry. It was recommended by a friend as Bassist55 looked around for a decent place. The nearby hospital provides a good place to sleep out a hangover because of excessive building. However, due to our proximity to Heytown, some drunks get eaten along their way to the hospital.

Maintenance

Club Shelley is a survivor stronghold and although clubs are not Tactical Resource Points, this building is regularly provided with a generator, fuel and a radio transmitter just to keep the disco ball spinning and the disco beats playing.

The Cork-board

The Management would like to sing a big "thank you" to the Dribbling Beavers of Santlerville for their efforts and dedication to help keep Club Shelley safe, barricaded, powered and fuelled. Drinks are on the house for the Beavers, and we've reserved the karaoke on fridays for you guys.

Remember that singing, "BARHAH!" is not recommended.
