Welcome To The Resistance!Welcome to the Resistance against the Fascist Plague that wishes to wash over Malton. To sum it up, we are a raiding group that specializes in guerrilla warfare techniques against enemy groups. We are seasoned Revolutionaries ready to incite Rebellions where ever we may be needed. Once we have chosen to attack a target we strike until it crumbles and submits. Our Veterans frequently make highly volatile suicide strikes. We do not fear death; we embrace it. The Resistance cannot be killed! Why a resistance movement? Why Group XYZ? For the Resistance! Why are we a resistance movement, you ask? Why are we attacking groups X, Y, and Z? Once the zombie outbreak occurred in Malton, we did what we could to survive; we were all ordinary citizens and civilians. We stood back and watched as the larger groups formed to (seemingly at the time) protect Malton from the chaos, devastation, and the zombie hordes. We took a sigh of relief as we placed our trust and hope in these groups; that they would do what was right. Soon corruption gained the better of this group (and a few others), and they began to seize territory as their own. Eventually they would start to drive other groups out of their suburbs and destroy anyone and anything that opposed them. These Groups began to make their own law and force it upon others by penalty of death. As time goes on, every scarred zombie hunter realizes that it is the corruption that lies in the heart of men that is the true plague. The epidemic merely brought it to life as the comforts of civilizations were suddenly ripped away. This is when the sparks of The Resistance are struck. It is then that they realize that it is not the zombies they must fear for there is a greater evil threatening Malton; the indifference of good men. Human life is so uncanny that it will continue. At times the zombies may seem to have the upper hand, but life finds a way. However,when the darkness in the hearts of those in power begins to creep in they threaten the world that life has struggled so hard to exist in. This realization has led the Creedy Guerilla Raiders to become a haven for many veteran zombie hunters. Many Ex-ACC and even CDF now call the Raiders their own. If you believe that blood must be shed to ensure the freedom of yourself and your fellow man, then you have a home in the CGR. As ordinary people caught in the middle of these corrupt decadent groups such as the DEM, and the growing chaos surrounding the zombie catastrophe, we knew we had to do something to free the middle class from the iron grip of fascist rule! We gathered to form the Creedy Guerilla Raiders. People from all walks of life, we were no longer mere civilians. We became something else, something... more. We became revolutionaries, and we will not stop until the fascists are crushed and socialism reigns supreme in Malton! Conduction of OperationsAs we are guerrilla resistance fighters, we must remain low-key in Malton and be nomadic fighters, constantly moving around. We have no base of operations, for if the enemy were to discover such a thing, we would be doomed... nobody knows when or where we strike next. We fill our enemies' hearts with perpetual fear. Even our deaths are tools of the Revolution. A favorite attack method of the Raiders is the "Suicide Strike". Our men charge into an area and unload countless rounds until they can fire no more. Afterwards they wait for enemy retaliatory efforts. This forces our enemy to waste time and resources attacking our bravest men, while our fallen martyrs are easily revived by one of our mad doctors. Want to run with the Raiders? Do you feel the fires of rebellion within you? Do you want to take up arms and fight for a cause worth dying for? Come to our forumsand you can be initiated. A recommendation from a current member can expedite or eliminate the initiation process. All potential members must pass an IP screening and be approved by a majority of the current members. We DO NOT allow players with alts in the DEM into the Raiders. CGR Member PolicyThe CGR is very strict in it's enforcement of anti zerging and spying measures and so therefore, the CGR will only allow it's members to devote one character to the CGR. Spying by our members will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the CGR. Sniffing out the rats!File:Killzonemb.gif A dedicated revolutionary eliminating a spy from our midst! We are aware of the large groups of a beast to attempt to infiltrate our organization with spies and intelligence gatherers. These dirty rats attempt report back sensitive information to their decadent leaders; and in turn, they attempt to thwart our actions by knowing what our plans are before we carry them out! We know how to spot these cowards... these filthy rats... and destroy them. There is no room for mercy for spies in our struggle. Any spies, any moles, any rats caught will be BRUTALLY disposed of for their leaders to learn their lessons! Worse yet, The Raiders have been known to feed false information to these scoundrels. Many have tried in the past and some have succeeded, however the lessons learned from these events have not been and will not be forgotten. Any who think they are weaving a complex web of deceit to trap the Raiders will find that their web is their burial shroud. Woe unto the enemies of the Resistance!
