Crump Cinema

Description

Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing outside the building:

"You are standing outside Crump Cinema, a fire-damaged white-stone building with crosses of tape over its windows."

Such a description is always followed by a report of the building's condition (e.g. the level of its barricades), but since that report is never permanent and always subject to change, it is redundant to include it here as well.

History

  • November 8th, 2007: Crump Cinema became the fifthteenth destination of the VZW's Film Festival Tour of Malton. After evicting the undead occupants, repairing the damaged seating, cleaning up all the blood, turning the lights back on and heating up the old concession popcorn machine, the VZW presented the first ever showing of The Zombie wears Prada. This film was shot on location in Malton. Tour movie reviewer, Luis Tully, provides this brief synopsis of The Zombie wears Prada:

After taking a job in Malton as assistant to local undead fashion magazine editor Mortisha Priestly, small-town girl Andrea Sacks is thrilled -- at first. But the magic soon wears off, leaving Andrea feeling battered and used -- and wondering whether working for a zombie boss from hell will pay off.

Barricade Policy

The Crump Cinema Staff requires all patrons to add one peice of junk to the barricades upon entering. In this way we hope to maintain EHB barricades at all times without having to do much work ourselves. Please note that local authorities have restricted the use of power in this building, therefore, movies will only be shown when said authorities are asleep.

Current Status

  • November 8th, 2007: EHB with temporary power to run movie projectors. -- Shazzelim 21:19, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
