DK13 have been successfully playing Urban Dead in a non cheating, non exploiting, non PKing, non zerging, non threatening, non aggressive, non racist manner since day two (5th July 2005) of the UrbanDead launch and are arguably the first legitimate and organized PRO SURVIVOR group to form within Malton.

Originally operating a single hotel based in M******, we now have several "clean up" operations working from fully functioning hotels, staffed by independent groups of battle hardened soldiers and civilian volunteers, located elsewhere within the once great city of Malton.

DK13 share the same primary long term goal as ANY other legitimate group of survivors, to clear the streets of advancing undead hordes, to maintain a low profile, and to co-operate and co-exist in peace with ALL non-aggressive groups of survivors.

Frequency: 26.87 MHz MHz Transmitter Coordinates: all franchises DK13 LSTF / LOCAL SHARED TRANSMIT FREQUENCY @ 26.87MHz "All headshots, all the time." Broadcasting since June 1st, 2006 DK13 LOCAL SHARED TRANSMIT FREQUENCY radio operates on 26.87 MHz. This is a permanent and dedicated frequency band started and maintained by DK13. While we have reserved this band, it is open, for use and not misuse, to ALL survivors and survivor groups in the Fryerbank area. IMPORTANT: If you are a player in our immediate area wishing to transmit your own broadcast via another frequency, you are more than welcome to switch the frequency on ANY of our locally installed radio's in order to send your own broadcast ... but please DO NOT FORGET to reset the frequency back to 26.87MHz as soon as your transmission has been broadcast! Please remember, it only costs you 1AP to reset the frequency back to 26.87MHz!

- TURF PAINT / GRAFFITI POLICY

Members of DK13 are encouraged via a strict set of OPERATOR OBJECTIVES to maintain ALL pre-existing DK13 "turf paint" tag's within KG50, or "re-tag" throughout our turf in KG50 whenever necessary without engaging in direct communication with those responsible for covering our original tag. Members of DK13 are NOT encouraged, authorized or permitted to use turf paint outside of the KG50 zone, except when in another designated DK13 zone. DK13 tags should NOT be put up over other group tags in their area, that is just bad form. Needless to say, we expect the same basic common courtesy in return. - REVIVE INFORMATION

DK13 are operating a long standing, permanent and dedicated 24/7 revive point located at Bulmer Street 92,83 (operational since Jan 06) in the heart of DK13's KG50 zone. This is a fast and reliable revive point and we actively encourage players who are new to the KG50 area NOT to use it as a free shooting gallery. Feel free to leave a revive request on the DK13 Public Forum with a URL linking to your Urban Dead profile ID. This is a much faster approach than standing there with your fingers crossed and will get you a much quicker revive.

Joining us at DK13 is less a sign of any major commitment and more a sign of genuine unity against any outside threat. When joining DK13 and preferably after you have introduced yourself to us, we will ask little or nothing from you except that you to observe the FOUR following criteria. 01: Display the following information in your characters group profile: DK13 @ www.dk13online.tk 02: Stay within the KG50 zone. 03: Observe the KG50 guidelines. The SEQA JCFA list is a list of all legitimate survivor groups operating out of the south eastern grid quadrant who are recognised by DK13. - PK POLICY

Jan 31st 2007: Lex Talionis: KOS/PK Policy instigated / NON PK Policy dropped. After ten months of suffering from constant, increasingly aggressive and completely unprovoked PK attacks, the majority of DK13 members feel that maintaining our current NON PK policy is no longer a viable option. This NON PK policy was originally introduced in late 2005 when PKing was a rare occurance and was NOT the "be all and end all" solution of Urban Dead which it has since become. While we regret the need to change this policy, we realise that the game has changed, sadly for the worse, and we in turn have grown wary of waking up dead on an almost daily basis for no good reason other than immaturity and jealousy from other misguided players. We refuse to bow down to the ill thought out terror tactics produced by a handful of sixteen year old children and will now strike first and strike hard. RE: Anti-Survivor/PK Group "The Orchard" - After a further five weeks consisting of non-retaliation against multiple cases of completely unprovoked and aggressive SERIAL PK attacks, combined with serious non-stop griefing, or stalking, both IN, and more recently OUT of game from dedicated ANTI-SURVIVOR/SERIAL PK group "The Orchard", DK13 are now calling into place, for the first time ever, the law of Lex Talionis against ALL members of "The Orchard". OP_Burning Orchard: DK13 will now initiate, with immediate effect, a "no holds barred" KILL ON SIGHT (KOS) policy against ALL confirmed ANTI-SURVIVOR/SERIAL PK players listed below. If you have been the victim of a PK attack and the need to inflict a revenge PK attack is THAT strong, we can only urge individual players to add the instigator of the initial PK attack to their own contact list and hunt them down personally and without involving other players. - DK13 MARTIAL LAW IS A RED RUM HOAX - If you have been murdered as a result of a so-called "Martial Law" supposedly instated by DK13, please note that there have been Red Rum members killing people within the KG50 zone while wearing DK13 group identification.
